Early Pregnancy Symptoms ( 0 to 6 weeks Pregnant Update )

Early pregnancy symptoms I had before I knew I was pregnant. These are signs that I had from my last period, conception to when I took a pregnancy test, with positive result, at about 6 weeks. A few things: tooth sensitivity, tooth decay, toothache, nipple soreness, loss of appetite, sensitivity to smell, pms style cramps, and extreme fatigue.
