U should put a light box on a transparent cube the light box is the glowing cube under lighting and rezise it to look like a screen and recolor to ur liking and use it as a screen for the machine things so it looks like they have a screen, i would also add transparent decals to some walls and put cracks on the walls for more detail, maybe some detail to the outside of the cart so it looks more detailed and gives it more shape than a flat shape
