pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas: c'est pas de l'assemblage (importation de pieces produit ailleurs) mais production dans le sens que les pieces avec les quelle on fait la voiture sont produit au maroc!! le moteur, les verres, le jantes, l'electronique, le cablage, ect...Le taux d'integration est a plus de 60% local avec dacia!
avec peugeot a kenitra le taux d'integration est 80% local!!!

keep in mind that Renault doesn't want to move Dacia models above their own models. So, Logan will be always lower quality than Clio, and Duster lower than Captur / Koleos. It's not only Renault's problem, see PSA (Citroen/Peugeot) with Opel brand , VAG: check Fabia vs Golf to check quality, or Octavia vs Passat... On the other hand, they target people with less money on these cars, you wouldn't want to drive your construction workers through mud and sand with a Mercedes C klasse for 50k euros right ? Dokker does that very well at 1/5 of the price.
It's a good point you have made Radu. My understanding is with Dacia or Fabia, is the use the last generation or Renault or VW engine/gearboxes but made out to be as latest tech. Also in India I recall last seeing Dacia models with Renault badges

Almost bought a Lodgy but rather choose a Peugeot Rifter, because the Lodgy wasn't enough of an upgrade from our Logan MCV (7 seater) in terms of interior space. But we loved our Dacia and it's proved to be very reliable with the 1.5 dCi (2007).

It‘s a mixed bag when it comes to the Sandero, but the Lodgy and the Dokker are exclusively made in Morocco. We used a fleet of 30 Dokkers in our company. The overall quality was good, the plastics somehow were below the Mioveni cars but the paint was the same, and the cars were exposed to deicing fluids used in the airport, Skydrol, HyJet, Isopropyl alcohol and other nasty chemicals spilled amd no sign of rust. Some of them were involved in accidents and survived. Also some batches of Logan 2 were made there. Now Logan and Sandero 3 are exclusive to Mioveni for the moment, along with the Duster. This will change as Tangier will prepare for the future 7 seater Duster that will replace the Lpgan MCV and Lodgy and some models/variants/trims that sale in low volume would me moved here.

Even though it's being produced here in Morocco, it's still quite expensive for the moroccan people to buy it, compared to other european countries. Also, Dacia's representation in Morocco is the worse when it comes to dealing with customers, diffrent prices in diffrent cities and show rooms, so much corruption. Ask any Moroccan.
Our hope is that other companies produce in Morocco eventhough it seems hard because of the dacia lobbies in the goverment.

LARAKI a produit 3 prototypes qui n'ont jamais vu le jours pour des raisons inconnue. La on parle d'un produit Marocain.
Pour Dacia malheureusement elle est Roumanie dont on ne fait que l'assemblage.
Il y a une très grande différence entre produire et assembler.

Le châssis les portes car je ne pense pas qu'il y a des moules à Tanger le moteur.
Il y avait la SOMACA qui assemblait la FIAT UNO donc ce n'est pas une révolution.
Il y a un Marocain qui a conçu trois voiture seul le moteur était Mercedes
Lui le pauvre n'a pas réussit on n'aimerait jamais vous dire pourquoi.
C'était une productions et designe totalement Marocain deux était de très belles voitures la troisième pas vraiment
J'ai vu les deux premières voitures et j'ai rencontré le designer et producteur, Laraki.
