- Here it is. This is how I do motion tracking in premiere pro when I don't have access to After Effects. I know technically this is keyframing but it is what it is.

Is there no auto track for such use cases?
How do you adjust the scale/position without manually typing in the values? Sorry for the dumb question
It’s not dumb at all! But click and hold on the number and move/drag your mouse to the left or right, or up & down
I figured out how to do that automatically in Premiere: track text, graphics and literally anything. Check out the most recent video on my channel where I explain that.
That does work and I forgot about that until after I uploaded this haha, but I have found that sometimes it doesn't track how I want it to (Specifically for smaller objects).

For sure! When you make a title you can go to the line tool and click and drag a line from top to bottom and a line from left to right. After that, you just line up the intersection to the object that you want to be tracked. You can also click and hold the pen tool and select the rectangle tool to draw the lines or shapes.

When you bring up the title settings the area where you can pick shapes you’ll see an option that allows you to draw lines

Hey Heather Once you open the legacy title, up where you can select your different tools you should see an option for a line. Then you can click and drag and create a line
