- A walk through most of the indoor attractions at the Bronx Zoo. They include Jungle World, World of Reptiles, Mouse House, Madagascar, and the Aquatic Bird House. I previously visited the Bronx Zoo on August 8, 2020: • ⁴ᴷ⁶⁰ Walking the Bronx... , but all the indoor attractions were closed due to COVID-19 related restrictions.

I've been to the Bronx zoo 7 times already and want to go for another 7!! I can never get tired of the Bronx zoo , its so cool to see all of the animals and exhibit, cool video 😎👍
Me too
All the animals are hiding from the bratty kids
Exactly
@@jasonyoung3071 Those Kids Sure are Noisy, I don't know how anyone could have a great time at any Zoo, I would go Nuts if any Kid acts up, like those kids, I remember one time I was at the local WAL-MART with a friend of mine named Ruth, We was doing out shopping, I had groceries in my shopping cart, and Ruth had groceries in her shopping cart, we was at the potato chip aisle, and was getting some potato chips, I Heard a Kid Screaming and Hollering, It was driving my crazy, I noticed that the kid's mother wasn't paying attention, She was Texting on her cell phone like crazy, while Her Kid continued screaming, hollering, and I was getting annoyed, Until I turned around and I told the mom, "WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT YOUR KID UP", Until The Mom Looked up at me, and started paying attention to her kid, Ruth and I got our Potato Chips and checked out of the store.
That poor leopard pacing in boredom 😟😟
I felt bad for the leopard too!
That should be investigated, doesn’t even have another leopard or another smaller cat for company. The glass and artificial lighting, on display for us to gawk at. Better to see them in a National Geographic in the wild where they belong. So sad.
@@ActionKidI felt bad for Mr. Leopard too. He/she should have a companion at the very least. I'm no expert, but the pacing doesn't seem normal. Needs to be looked into.
@@Marie394-m I agree. Needs to be looked into. The pacing doesn't seem at all normal.
There’s a area where the leopard can spend that is a bigger place if he wants to escape from people and it’s of display
I have to agree that Jungle World is definitely one of the most beautifully crafted exhibits I've ever seen.
I'd also say that Bronx Zoo's Congo Gorilla Forest area is especially well crafted. It seriously gives you the immersion of trekking through the lush jungles of the Congo.
Madagascar is also a pretty unique indoor exhibit too.
Thanks for giving such a wonderful tour through the zoo's indoor facilities. It's all the more reason I wish to someday travel to New York and experience them too.
1:30 I love the comments from these kids. They don't hold back.
One sign (in the Scrub Forest) made an interesting observation that we know more about heavenly bodies than the full number of species that inhabit our planet. Wish you had lingered on that sign a bit longer.
I love Zoos !! 🤗❇️🐻💂😋🌸. The Poison Dart Frogs are wonderful!!! 17:44
That frog statue at the beginning was cute and funny. :)
1st. The Scarlet ibis are very eye-catching, imagine seeing those in the wilds of Trinidad & Tobago.
They're so colorful, I agree!
18:20 DUDE you were pointing RIGHT AT the gecko just as you were asking the question. The gecko was stretched out chillin' underneath the big diagonal log in the middle haha.
Oh wow, now I saw it!
@@ActionKidit camouflaged so that’s why you ignored it and that is the reason why I didn’t blame you for ignoring the gecko and the frilled dragon and bearded dragon were at jungle world
This gives me PTSD flashbacks from the first Harry Potter movie! :o
5:53 I love them 😍, Thanks for sharing your beautiful video 👍
me too dear!
Thank you Ken for showing these amazing creatures...I really do hope to visit the zoo one day and see them in person with my kids ❤️
What a familiar feeling, scenic and comfy tour! Beautiful video, nice and smooth as always!
Nice to see all the beautiful creatures at the zoo. Thanks ! Action Kid. 😎
This looks like a relaxing place. Great video as always!
🍎👍 Very cool walk through. I'm always a
bit split on zoos and the captivity of animals. but that's another thread -H
I love the bronx zoo its worth the experience going to bronx zoo its very big and so many animals to see my kids enjoys it every time
I got so excited when I saw you posted a walk at the zoo! I really love the zoo so I’m glad I can at least see it online. Thank you for this !!
Great indoor exhibits also love to see the Kids happy and excited Thanks for sharing Big Like 👍 😀 😊
The Bronx Zoo has a lot of animals there.
Very interesting exhibits.
You’re not seeing some animals because of their natural disguise. The leaf gecko looks like a leaf hence you can’t see it, scorpions live under rocks so look there. It’s a matter of seeing one tiny thing that gives them away like a light reflection in the eye or a discoloration. It’s really hard to spot
Totally true!
Thank you for this wonderful video.
It felt like a trip to PETSMART, only difference being
with 1000% more exotic animals.
Can you go inside Queens Center Mall and show us all the stores? Then do a Costco haul. Thanks.
2nd
tree kangaroos are the cutest things! i love them a lot.
Nice to know, now that the zoo is open, I can take my kids to visit.
Or just get a 4k VR setup and have em visit while staying at home through ActionKid!!!
@Animal Dude124 ikr
The Zoo! I love walking around the zoo. Thanks ActionKId!
I just went there and missed this area thanks for making it!
I see this video as part . Verry interesting. And a lot of animals, insects, birds, snakes and a crocodile. And as last the sea lions.
I can see Kenneth, a great video again.
Very nice zoo tour. sharing thanks for you
The indoor exhibits are very very cool. Jungle World is well-worth the extra $6 on top of membership. The screaming kids that Monday often overshadowed your Jungle narration. I think Mr. Leopard felt the same who could have restored Jungle-quiet in a few wishful bites.
They should give you the job of red panda caretaker 🤗😁
The leopard has to get use to its new exhibit hopefully he’s fine( I was in the zoo and the panther was ther for a longtime
I felt so bad for the leopard he was so agitated by the kids screaming and running around!
I could see most of the animals you couldn't "find". I hope when you watched your video back you saw them all too! Zoos are great for conservation, but bigger animals like the leopard need much larger enclosures, with acres to roam outdoors. Thanks for sharing. Now if only parents would teach their children to have manners and use their "indoor voice" lol!
They have much bigger enclosures for bigger animals
Thanks for the recommendation !
Excellent episode on the bronx zoo.
I enjoyed the beautiful tour from Bronx zoo, really fun, interesting and relaxing to watch 😊🌿🐢
Wow this is so cool
Thanks for sharing action kid
that lizard at 25:00, he was cute and funny with how he had his mouth open a little !
Wow! Thank you kid showing video beautiful Bronx Zoo I will visit soon I love it ❤💖💝👍👌✋
Thank you for this walk!
hi Actionkid
Es hermosa mente elegante el zoo pero demasiado pequeños los habitad
👍fun video Thanks my Dad used to live near there as a kid and told me about the times he had there. Also fishing there at the Bronx river.
Cool! I've been walking and videoing zoos all summer long. A few are up, but more to come. You did such a great job! Thanks for the inspiration as I head to another zoo this weekend!
Thanks for a great walk!
Great Idea!
Great video
This is a great vid. It reminds me when I went to the zoo as a youth . AK can take Jennifer O on a zoo vid . She would be thrilled on to go .
💝👋
That's either an iguana or a gecko.
Looks like all the animals weren't their that day. There's this creature called the perpiolopticus. Can't find the link..
Many of them were hiding
next time plz walk in Disneyland and riding
Been going to the Bronx in my whole life now I don’t like to walk so much as I feel like you have to walk miles from place to place just to see something but I do still go in the winter was just there a month or so ago to see their Christmas lights with my sonbut I don’t go as much as we used to like I said the walk-in kills me these days at 50 years old
31:36 should have zoomed in on those & other birds...
A zoom lens would have been perfect there!
I remember them having a black leopard but didn't know they had a normal colored leopard
In the 5th grade, I used to play hookey at the Bronx Zoo. The lady in the tram ticket booth used to give me a free pass to ride the tram. When I showed up day after day, she finally asked me why I wasn't in school. I invented secular and religious holidays as excuses. She knew I was fibbing, but gave me the passes anyway. That was a long time ago. I'm 71 now and living on the West Coast instead of the East.
Wow, fun story! I'm glad you got to enjoy the tram all the time!
What kind of turtles were with the lizards in jungle world
I love zoos. Was a fan of tigers until I found out that there was a trainer that was actually taking the freedom to take them out and flaunt himself in other places. Since then I don't enjoy the zoo as much.
7:48 Leopard showing sign of zoo fever correct me if im wrong
Zoo fever aka zoochosis
8:26 imagine using a log here
AK, have you been to the Queens Zoo? Any chance
of a video from that zoo also?
Are you good when 4th of July is at McDonald's but we have new weekend on Saturday July 4th 2020
You should go on a morning next time so there isn’t as much kids
Request make a new Walk tour of Macys Herald Square thanks
I enjoyed seeing the leopard!
It was very anxious and acting stressed out, typical of locked up animals.
I didn't! The poor animal was bored and distressed! 😟😟
I loved the leopard too but felt bad for it pacing back and forth on the log
Someone give me a time stamp
Where are the skunks
Cant leave ur places today...
22:44 is not rhinous viper it's Gabon viper
You should add a zoo channel.
Maniac8888 yes same
Thanks. Is there any more videos walking Philadelphia in the future?
39:17 Madagascar
I visited this Big City Zoo in October last year. Now I see some things appear to be a little different. 1:43 The River Otters aren’t around. 10:20 Huh? I don’t think I remember seeing that Frilled Lizard in the Jungle section. I only saw one in the Reptile house. 15:52 Also, I don’t think I remember seeing the west African dwarf Crocodile. Plus, 24:47 Last time I saw this, it was closed for cleaning up or something. I’ll have to check them out when I return AKA visit again someday. Especially if the vaccine 💉 comes along & cures our COVID problem for good this time.
What train can i take from port autority
If you're at 42nd Street, take The (2) Train from *"Times Square - 42nd Street (Station)"* to *"West Farm Square - East Tremont Avenue (Station)".*
@@michaelmorales1475 ok thanks only one train is ok.
🐼
Free all of these animals, please. Zoos should be outlawed.
Totally agree. Less people go the better. That pacing leopard a repetitive movement that indicates extreme boredom and stress. Thx for commenting Paul!
@@Marie394-m I'd like to think that there's another larger area where he spends some of his tme. Hard to believe that his keepers see what we're seeing and simply ignore it. I concur that would be insensitive, at best.
Mara there’s a area whe r sometimes spend that is a bigger area that if off display are you crazy they will keep a leopard in that
@@paj6488 Thanks PAJ. I would hope that too. New Jersey Man 2000 says there’s an off display area where the leopard spends time. Stopping further comments as some people are not very polite and it’s the wrong forum to address this. For what it’s worth I enjoy 99 percent of Action Kid’s walks. Thx for your polite reply.
@xi jinping hi there Xi Jingping how is ruling China going?
Hi Action Kid. Male leopards require 80 sq. miles to roam daily, that’s the size of 3 Manhattans!!! Females about 43. These are big cats that when confined in a space such as what it had in the Bronx Zoo is akin to an animal being in a cage with bars, stressed and frustrated as it paces back and forth for hours on end. Glad you got it on film, one place I will NEVER visit, too sad for me to watch. They should post the facts of leopards in the wild and perhaps they would think twice before acquiring a big jungle cat :((
You are so right Mars, it was very upsetting to see this poor leopard pacing, and having to endure those loud kids, it clearly was in distress. Broke my heart.
There is a bigger place where the leopard can spend that is bigger and it’s off display
No Wonder Their Going Extinct
🪂🐯
This made me CRINGE/disturbed a little bit, those
animals in caged artificial settings. 😣
The Bronx zoo actually does more good for species than bad. You should look into it more
@@jaketaylor1810 Yes, it's akin to (but not quite exactly the same) when alien Greys abduct human species for medical and reproductive experiments, people-animals are rendered helpless at the spindly fingers of a differently evolved host of beings who come to snatch them away.
@@SuReLyUJeSt1 wait are you actually being serious or is this like satire? your comparing animal conservation to aliens abducting humans?
Those children were so annoying . Normally, I watch all of your stuff, and really enjoy it, but they were too much
After iroquois slaughtered sent to reservations bronx zoo built
FREE THESE ANIMALS
🤡🤡
That animals are fakes
Bruh
Seriously dude
These Kids Are Annoying
Jason Young ok so
I Hate Zoos !!! That Leopard Supposed To Be In His Or Her Habitat
Jason Young there’s a place where the leopard can spend that is bigger but it’s off display.
Oh the woman is the background is way too much.
What kind of lizard was with the turtles in jungle world
Indonesian sailfin lizard
