Sophia I totally feel you! I feel disappointed and depressed myself from time to time. And I hope that we will all be okay eventually and have less down times. But hey, look at it from a positive way, if we never feel sad, we would not know how precious happiness is and how important mental health is.
As an old fan from your days recording yourself doing crazy eye makeups and wrapping Christmas tree with that crazy ex boyfriend/bastard who broke your heart, I will always be here for you.

Meditation saved my life a few months ago 🙏🏾 but it took me a while of occasionally getting used to it in yoga and dance to kind of understand it and when I finally actually did it it was magical. I’m definitely gonna try the app!

Get bees propoleum to increase your inmunologic system and also you can try Bach flower therapy in orden you can rise your vibration and rise that inmunologic system. Lollll you know what we eat while camping? Fruit, salads and sanwiches!! We never even take a camping burner..if there is a fire place we may grill something on it..your camping trips are basically cooking trips!! I Never knew people did that.

Sorry but I don't trust Sophia's sponsorships, which makes me really sad because I absolutely adore her channel. They never come across as genuine. And I haven't forgotten the tacky sponsorship she did with that charity for breast cancer. Like who accepts thousands of dollars to talk about a CHARITY? Isn't that a direct contradiction of what a charity is? And as for a majority of her other ads, I just don't buy into it. I don't believe she actually uses and enjoys those products :(
