The singers are actually the various Eliza's from the different company of Hamilton. Broadway, West End etc.
"I see how you look at my sister" I love how she calls him out for flirting with Angelica in this. So much more anger in this than Burn!
You’re right all of these talented women all played Eliza in the different productions the only one missing is Phillipa Soo who is from the original cast.

Congratulations is great lyrically, but it doesn’t have much musically to react to being that it was never recorded and just sung on the sidewalk outside the theater.

This isn't a deleted song. It's a remix of Burn with several actresses who've played Eliza
It was the original Burn but it got cut because Lin thought it was too out of character for Eliza. Meaning too aggressive.
I don't understand why you didn't watch the video for this one? It would have made more sense for you.
