Ppl rlly shouldn’t judge people who get their license late or even really late. Sometimes like me, people wreck on four wheelers or side by sides, or get in some kind of car accident that gives them PTSD and makes them fear driving
Exactly, people don't understand how dangerous driving can be. I am surprised they don't give out medals for people who survive these accidents, hundreds of thousands of people die a year from these accidents.
@@grizzlycharizard0017its actually EXTREMELY unlikely to end up in a fatal car accident, many people end up in a fender bender or two in their life but very very few people actually get seriously injured from driving 😂
THANK YOU. I’m 19 and I wrecked pretty bad on a side-by-side when I was about 14. I am just now about to get my permit. There are many reasons why people would choose not to get their license when they can, like trauma.

final theory: bowser is adopted and him and his mom are not the same , bowser is a turtle and his mom is a human and it obviously or . . . not unless his mom marry a turtle that look similar to bowser body.
my theory is that bowser mom think he terrible and i think this happen,bowser want to get driver license when he was over 18 and his mom help him practice which went horribly wrong and he might either hit something while driving or drove somewhere that illegal or dangerous and thus in his first driving test right now he still suck,due by his give up and lazy to get one and plus he might have the same driving test just like his mom practice him.

Bowsers mom is a human, we saw her in other Sml episodes
