When I played ball, I was purely right hand everything (throw/hit righthanded). Fast forward a decade or so, I have two boys who are right hand dominant but bat left handed. My third son, in little league he would bat whatever side was closest to his dugout. Good luck Orioles Nation! Jackson, have an awesome season!

I know, he's young but, he is not looking good and looking at the steep learning curve of the MLB.

My god. I’ll be 42 this year. Ive been a diehard Orioles fan since 91’. I grew up on the likes of Ripken (my favorite all time), Mussina, Hoiles, Alomar, Anderson, McDonald, etc…..and I’ve stayed with them ever since. I admit it’s been extremely hard the past 2 decades with the exception of the 4 year span we actually weren’t terrible. But I can’t wait to see what this team does the next few years. Im hoping Jackson is there this year, and for the love of god, I hope our new owners spend some damn money. We need pitching. I was only 1 the last time we went to a WS. Here’s to hoping we see one soon.

@@danteandkyler7954He looks way better than his Dad and his father was a beast. Jackson figured it out, line drive hitter with great barrel rates. Early in his career I see him being a .300 hitter with a lot of doubles and 15 to 20 homers.
