    I went to a EYBL tournament this year and it was truly a wake up call. It was a good amount of players that could have started at major D1s. My goal is to play in the EYBL next season.

    a kid from my school is on team melo, its honestly insane watching someone you see on the daily during the school year's basketball career develop in your own eyes

      Yea I'm sure he is next level. Especially if he is learning from a NBA legend like Melo. He is going to get better and better. Your goal should be to out perform him and learn as much as you can. Since you know he is on Team Melo, all you have to do is BALLOUT like him and you can be seen by Team Melo or other shoe circuit teams. I will be posting different moves and giving out tips for players to take their game to the next level.

      Thanks! Shoe circuit teams are next level basketball. I don’t know what they are feeding these kids but I need it😂😂. Some teams will have tryouts open to the public. But most teams will invite players out. It’s really a big deal since they players are representing Nike.

    Great video! I get eybl teams in my tourneys all the time, and they really are next level. I heard that like 92 percent of all players go D1 or something. Also I’m here before this channel blows up!!!

    What I believe is that most of the players are undeniably talented that’s like prolly 90% but the 10% are prolly from just knowing coaches and knowing people , most coaches will make the team around certain players

      I agree 100%. If I was still playing high school basketball. I would reach out to the coach and introduce myself to the coach and throughout the high school season I will keep them updated on my performances.

      @@BALLOUTBASKETBALL1 I agree but to make eybl it’s either two things you are undeniably talented like a Zion Williamson or you can even just have a supportive family having a supportive family is what seperates the athletes that are talented but not freakishly athletic like Zion because those kids will always be picked but for example a player like sharife cooper he had a dad that was basically everything a coach a agent everything how many 6’0 165 players are making a eybl team off just film not a lot but by his dad being a agent and coach he can speak to other coaches and get his kid into the best camp the higher level of basketball the bigger the gatekeepers are but I agree with you to a extent that’s why sharife didn’t make it in the league his dad can’t just tell the coach why are u not playing my son

      gotta reach out to coaches or be seen by one of their coaches thats why people say you never know whose watching. I remember my nephew played against an eybl and was going crazy... he posted film of the game on twitter and eybl teams near his area contacted him including the one he played against

      Make sure you have film that you can send to coach’s, because film doesn’t lie. But remember the more you BALLOUT the more your name gets out there. When playing in games you have to be that dawg, especially if your going against a player who is already on a shoe circuit team or has offers.

      100% correct, I think this way is super effective. Players set themselves up for success when they have film of them destroying shoe circuit and players with hype to their name. I’m glad your nephew was out in that position.

      You can BALLOUT in Germany and send film to coaches. If you have coaches that like your game you can fly in and probably spend a summer in the states. will be making a video on how to get in contact with coaches soon.

    Hey man i never really played basketball competitive but iv been training and due home school i train 3x a day and am going into junior year you think i could join a aau next summer? i just really wanna play high level comp. but how would i join one if i do home school and no real basketball.

      Yes you can play AAU next summer. You don't have to be in public school to play AAU. There are lots of AAU players that are homeschool. You kinda have an advantage because you get to put in work while other students are at school. The problem is that you won't have any film, so you will have to go to tryouts and BALLOUT.

      Look up "Darnell Rogers". He played in the EYBL and he went D1 and he only 5'2. He is super tuff. You can do it just keep putting in work, and when its time to play make sure you BALLOUT.

    Im a 6'2-6'3 150 or 160 something freshman i had 20 ppg last season and i want to play eybl for gear,aau,exposure,and fun but playing at eybl will take a lot id realistically be dropping at least 8 ppg of da bench but i hope i can find a texas eybl team

    ngl bro i realise i need to join eybl but i think my neighbor gettin me on a addidas either way they gotta guard me but i needa go against good people im tired of dominating these trash mfs to put it in perspective my vertical might not be elite but my shooting finishing defense is and im tall asf i needa join sum that mfs wont put me at center and put me at sf cus im really a sf / sg my handles gettin their like gimmie good teamates ima be allen iverson if he were 6'6 and im just turning 16 on saturday either way ima go to the nba and dominate basketball rlly aint that hard once i get my vertical high its wraps im tellin you cus they gotta guard me and go against me i just need to get better at passing though its natural to me but passing stealing and ball handling and vertical and once vertical dunking after that its wraps ima cook everyone easier cus bro my grandparents dont like bs teams eybl would be sum they would fw cus its paid expenses and mfs have sense but ima start the vertical grind and be able to honey dip instead by end of 12th ima do it by end of 11th road to 8 championships and 4 olympic medals

      Both shoe circuits are great to be apart of. You will get tons of exposure and you will also improve your game playing in either circuit. Make sure you work on your weaknesses so when you get to that level players wont be able to expose you. Yea, you need to leave whatever team that is making you play center just because you are tall. If you can shoot and got handles, then there is no way you should be playing center. how tall are you?

      @@BALLOUTBASKETBALL1 im 6'6 about also i am realising something if you can shoot please help me its a problem with my shooting i can shoot but i am now realising its just complex shooting i keep missing on like with momentem off the dribble and its hard to get better at shooting when nobody is around to teach tall players how to shoot unless your in colledge or sum because i dont know my set point and i kinda do but its hard to do that while shooting like i am finding shots but im not comforatable with them i want to be comforatable with my shooting so its natural so when im in that 5 seconds left on the clock i can just put it up and know it will go in im not getting that feeling from any of the forms i do only once did i recently do shooting were its like im curry cus im telling you that day i was greening probs did 90% at the least i know what that form was but now whenever i shoot it it doesnt bang tbh i think im answering my own question when i shoot ima try not thinking about the mechanics and just let it fly 😭but if you have any tips on finding my shooting form please let me know when i was shooting that day it was like stephs shot like the way short people shoot damn im typing too much my bad ima shh

    what would you do for canada?? how should I route my basketball journey if theres no ncaa or eybl there are some aau teams but are they worth it?

      What’s up! I did a little research and saw that Canada has a UAA (Under Armour) team. It’s the same as the EYBL but the sponsor is just Under Armour. Even if you can’t get on this team, you should still play AAU basketball. You never know who could be watching. If you got any questions just message me on insta.

      @@BALLOUTBASKETBALL1 It's a decent league. It's entertaining. I just think it's more focused on social media exposure than it is on focused on high level professional basketball. It's more of a bridge for high schoolers to get paid before entering college or a serious professional league.

      I’m not 100% sure. I would think that if you got in contact with a EYBL coach and they like your game y’all can work something out. You might have to pay for your ticket to the states out of pocket and just spend your summer in the states.
