JOBS OF THE FUTURE
Three unbelievable jobs of the future.
With the very rapid rate at which technology (Robots, AI etc.) is evolving, it’s obvious that society will look much different in the future than it is now, and one of the areas where we expect a major change will be in the area of jobs.
As have been postulated by many futuristic writers (such as Yuval Noah Harari etc.), the majority of the jobs of the future will be nothing like the jobs we’ve been accustomed to for a very long time. And so, changes are expected in almost every industry.
However, this video explores three jobs of the future that will be necessitated by the emotional aspects of humans. As technology advances, people are becoming more and more robotic/mechanized, being left with gadgets for the most part to play and work with, but fewer and fewer people to connect and bond with. As a consequence, loneliness has become quite a disease in our time leading to all sorts of mental health challenges.
As an intelligent species that we are, humans will seek ways and means to combat such issues, the result of which will be the emergence of the kind of jobs discussed in this video, which will go a long way to ensure the possibility of people always being able to connect and bond with others, which of course in an essential part of being human.

I agree with you. People are increasingly becoming Isolated with the advancement of technology, and human connectivity melting before our very eyes. It concerns me reaching that stage where we have to pay for things that should be natural 😢
