    very nice video !
u think this would match my 2011 kangoo petrol , left hand drive ?
the A/C sometimes work and sometimes not . when u hit the top of the dash ( above glovebox ) , it starts working , if not working when u turn it on .

Hey there! Thank you for the feedback!
I think that it should work similarly with most Renault cars. Unfortunately , I have no experience with Renault Kangoo 2011 , however the components should be the same. From what you have described I would assume that it is a connection problem , similar to point 2 in the video. This was the issue with my car and I was able to diagnose it this way:
      1. Get access to the connector. In my case I had to remove the plastic panel below the steering wheel. Watching this video: czcams.com/video/Ov_QprAkzTM/video.html (02:10) I think you might be able to remove the glovebox and access it from the bottom(without disassembling the whole dashboard).
      2. Start the car and turn on the fan.
      3. Wiggle the connector and if the fan starts then it is very likely that the connection there is not good.
There are aftermarket connectors they may differ from car to car. If possible you can disconnect(mine was stuck as the plastic was melted and it took a lot of effort) and inspect it , take a few pictures and check online or with the local dealers.
I was able to find only the plastic part of the connector (without the pins) with for cheap(about 5 EUR). Swapped the old plastic with the new one (without cutting and soldering new wires) and it still works(more than a year since I changed it).
Hopefully that will help! Good luck.

Hoping to get a reply, My 2006 master has a heating problem where it stopped working completely then sometimes when I turned van off and got back In the heating would work on certain settings then it changed back too all settings and now I'm back to having no heating at all I believe it might be the resistor but as the glow plug light come on around the same time I'm not too sure and don't want to order somthing that doesn't need ordering... any help would be appreciated

Hey! Sorry for the delayed reply! I would say to try the easiest first. Disconnect the wiring loom connector and visually inspect it. If there is nothing obvious, try to start the car and turn on the heater on a random setting. Then wiggle the connector and if the heater starts/stops then consider changing it.
If you think the resistor might be bad, you can try taking it out and measuring it with the continuity setting of a multimeter. Make sure to check the thermal fuse as well. ( www.heaterblowerresistor.co.uk/renaultscenicheaterresistor.html )

my plug into resistor badly burned -got new one and carefully changed wiring-cheecked fuse in fuse box 4 fan-ok-heater fan -not working suspect resistor faulty but not sure about this-terminals on resistor look slightly burned-cleaned them-still not working-dont know how to test resistor(item quite dear and not easily changed?any ideas or advise greatfully accepted thanks

      Hey Chevy790,
Here are a couple of this that you can try:
      1. Connect everything and turn on the blower on setting 1. Gently wiggle the connection that goes into the Resistor Pack. Then repeat the same thing on setting 2,3 and 4. If the fan starts, even for a moment, it most likely is a bad connection. That will indicate that the Resistor Pack is working, but you might need to change it anyway as the connector is part of the assembly.
      2. Test the blower motor. You will need to apply 12V directly to the motor to check if it is working. You can take out the motor and connect it directly to your battery. If it is hard to take the motor out, you can take out the Resistor Pack and apply 12V from there. The red and black cables that are connected to the Resistor Pack are going directly into the blower motor.
      3. If the motor is working, then it is very likely that the Resistor Pack is faulty. Here you have a couple of options:
      - The fuse might be bad (not the one in the fuse box, but the one attached to the Resistor Pack). You can check the fuse with a multimeter. Simply put the multimeter at the Ohm setting and test the fuse. If you get an Open Circuit, then the fuse is bad. If you get 0 ohm, then it should be okay. In case it is bad, you can change it easily, however you will need to order a new fuse and I cannot give any info about that fuse. You can see the markings on the old fuse and try searching online for a new one. See this article if you want to go that road: www.heaterblowerresistor.co.uk/thermalfuse.html
      - Change the whole Resistor Pack. A new Resistor Pack is not super expensive, and it will come with a fresh connector, so the connection will be perfect. I do not know what is your car, but even if you cannot find exactly the same Resistor Pack, there might be one designed for a different vehicle that will fit yours. If that is the case, you might need to use the old connection between the Resistor Pack and the Blower Motor (Red and Black cables).
Hope this helps! Good Luck! 👊

Not sure what that can be, however check this czcams.com/video/evpaTW2WJ5Y/video.html . At 02:40 he is explaining about the thermostat, which could be the problem with your car.
