I learned that developed scientific sports skills can prevent athletes from occurring injuries during training in class, so I want to know the specific principles of this technology. I was impressed by the students who identified our body system after analyzing the injury problems during training and applied it conveniently in new fields. I think Lactic Acid Monitor will be used in all athletic training.

How come there is so many errors in this video? Lactate does not create cramps, and when people start staggering at the end of a marathon, it's because of dehydration, not lactic acid...

It'd be nice to know without guessing wether you should workout today or not.

An even simpler idea is to use this check: Are you very tired?

Once you reach a certain level you get so used to training at your limit you start to cross the line

Lactic acid intervenes in 400, 800 and 1500m, much less in longer distances...
