This spicy tom yum pork. This Tom yum has been know as a very popular Thai traditional dishes very delicious soup.!! And its super easy to make at home. You have got to try it!👍👍 check out recipe below👇

✅INGREDIENTS
1 pound of pork (cut it up as a bite pieces)
6-7 levels of lime leafs
6-7 slices galangal
1 stalk sliced Lemonegrass
4 groves red onion ( cut it up)
1 handful Thai basil
1 cup green onion (cut it up )
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 whole tomato cut it up
2 cups of mushrooms (any type of mushrooms)
✅SEASONING
1 tbsp tamarind soup mix
1/2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp tamarind paste
6 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp chilies paste (optional)
1/2 tsp of salt (optional)

Hi there, Sorry for belated reply. You can leave it cooking 20 minutes or so. It’s depends not how much heat you turn on. I would say leave it cooked until half an hour to make sure it’s cooked and pork gets tender. Please enjoy!!
