Great video, in my opinion, I think the manager should have been more sympathetic towards Julia, she slipped and fell, she could've broken her hand, worst yet, damage her spine, instead of saying we have a reputation to maintain, be more caring and just say hope that you're okay, just be careful next time. @Luis X YES, FOOD TAMPERING is a crime.. BUT MY POINT IS THE CUSTOMER TAMPERED WITH THE FOOD SHE PURCHASED FOR HERSELF. SO NO CRIME. I never heard of anyone going to jail because a strand of hair was in the food. There have been all sorts of bugs in food, little frogs in bags of lettuce etc...no one has gone to jail..Restaurants normally give you a FREE MEAL OR FREE ITEM AND IF YOU REALLY THINK YOU HAVE A CASE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT..I NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE BEING ARRESTED OVER A STRAND OF HAIR..
