I grew up in McLean so everything you showed was very familiar. I think your walking tour gave a good impression of the business side of McLean, especially the heavy traffic and lack of cohesion with all the shopping centers. McLean just grew quickly over the decades without a good plan for downtown. That said, it’s a very desirable suburb with beautiful neighborhoods. McLean’s proximity to DC is wonderful. Thanks for the tour.
