Drill of the Month: Defence - Escape Triangle (December 2023)

In December's Drill of the Month, the escape triangle drill helps defence learn to turn the head and shoulders first when going around pylons, bend knees to maintain speed, transition directions while maintaining speed, and to keep the head up while skating with the puck.
