Yes you will get 1 as long as it's the same model. He didn't order anything extra. The only thing i will say is you may have to put the washer in between the rack and frame to give it enough clearance for the tire like we did. Enjoy it's a great machine

I'm 6ft and about 280. Did just fine for me. As to the riding video not sure. I will check with my buddy and maybe do short video ( 10-15 minutes) ride video with it.
