You made a fantastic and informative video. But you did not open the air fuel mixture screw from carb housing. That should be remove from the housing and clean. There should be some dirt inside.

Nice & detailed video, i have a problem whenever I pull choke my bike turn off.
For testing even after 10 km of riding I pull choke engine go off.
Any suggestions..... 😭
1- Bro plz clean the carburettor and adjust air fuel mixture ratio properly.
2- check the choke mechanism it's working properly or not.

3. Carburator khol ke saaf karne mein milage per to Koi dikkat to ni Hogi😢
Bro carburettor ko ache se clean kro koi problem nhi hogi and intake or exhaust valve ka tappet clearence check kar lo or spark plug bhi change kar dena.

Bro please check the following point before changing the carburettor :
1.checked the tappet clearnce intake (0.06mm) & exhaust (0.08mm)
2.clean or change the air filter.
3.clean the carburettor properly and mileage setting done.
4.may be your carburettor's part are damaged if problem not solved. please change the genuine tvs carburettor.
accelerator cable kaise lagayi ye nahi dikhaya.... dismantle assn hai assembly me hi dikkat aati hai...me full assembly dekhna chahta tha....but good video

My bike RTR180.
I often found traces of engine oil in air filter chamber. After this, mileage goes down, petrol starts evoprates through overflow tube. For rectify this I need to clean air filter chamber and carburettor. After cleaning those parts, bike goes well for 50 to 100kms. If I throttle more than 5000 rpm or after 100km ride, again engine oil appears in air filter chamber. Petrol starts evoprates through overflow tube.
Could you please help me resolve this issue..
My mechanic has no idea, why this is happening again and again.
firstly please clean the air filter box and air filter and carburettor and check the engine oil level when engine is cool & bike put on main stand before check engine oil level if engine oil level is high then this problem comes.

Everytime (approx 100km) when I found pickup drops, my mechanic cleans airfilter box and carburettor fully. Already he reduced the oil little. After your reply I check the oil level. It is 80%

Why you did not open air screw and idle screw.
If your bike is giving good mileage then there is no need to open it.

भाई ये समस्या कार्बोरेटर के कारण से भी हो सकता है, कार्बोरेटर का चोक का सही से काम नहीं करना और हवा और पेट्रोल का सही से मिश्रण नहीं होना आप चेक करा लो

Recently mera Apache 160 4v (1 year old) kabhi kabi toh top speed tak jati he, (krakat krakat bhi sound deti he kabhi)
Aur kabhi higher gear and full throttle me bhi 65 tak hi jati he aur dhire dhire speed kamti jati he (eg 65,64,63....)
Note: RPM bhi full throttle and High gear meh constant rehti he
Mera bike thik hi tha servicing ke baad ye problem aa ra he
Ab asa ho gya he i don't trust them

bro 60 - 65 ki speed 5th gear 5000 se 5500 rpm per aa jati hai but jab ye problem aati hai to us time per throttle dene per speed or rpm dono hi nhi bdte hai ya only speed nhi badti hai.

भाई मेरे बाइक का कारबोरेटर खराब हो गया और पूरे टैंक का पेट्रोल बह गया बाद में मैकेनिक ने फ्लूड पिन चेंज किया उसके बाद भी पेट्रोल बह रहा है भाई अब क्या करूँ अपाचे 150 ओल्ड मॉडल बाइक है
भाई ये प्रॉब्लम तीन कारन से हो सकती है .या तो आपके बाइक के कारबोरेटर में कचरा हो, या आपकी नीडल वाल्व खराब हो गयी हो या फिर कारबोरेटर का फ्लोट सही से काम ना कर रहा हो. या तो आप इसे खुद से क्लीन करके नीडल वाल्व को चेंज करदे या फिर बाइक को टीवीएस सर्विस सेण्टर पर दिखा ले
