This is great to hear- maybe the demo ones we got were not happy with being ridden all day long around Daytona. I really did want to like it- I went in to the demo thinking I would love it and say it's a no brainer to buy one.

@@alexdombi-weridetwo Hi I'm from PH and own the advanced version. I experienced the same issue but only during sport mode. Very jerky at low rpm and there's a flat spot at around 3k rpm. So I decatted it and remapped it with the same 9800 rpm limit just made adjustments to the AFR. The engine runs so lean at stock and for me that was the culprit.
Side note: I asked CFMoto regarding it and they told me that an Update via OTA is coming in the coming months but just couldn't wait and the factor of it still not fixing the problem is there so I went ahead and had it remapped.

I own the cf been riding it for two weeks now, the lean mixture problem is unfortunately there. IMHO easily fixable with an O2 sensor eliminator kit which costs approx 70€ and works in the closed loop (so in the 3000-4000 rpm range) for me coming from a 701 svartpilen which ALSO had a jerky throttle this issue is manageable. I will probably buy an O2 sensor eliminator along the way. Aside from that the bike is tons of fun.

That's awesome, I am glad to hear you are having a great experience with it. I wish I could have ridden it for more than 20 minutes and messed with more things. After 24 years of riding and having ridden over 100 different bikes I'd think I have decent throttle control. The issues I experienced were not due to my right hand- or even my left. I'm hopeful they had just an issue with some of their production runs.

I've been really considering buying this bike since it came out. It is significantly cheaper than the Duke 790. Here it costs 39k($8k) while the duke is priced 60k($12.5k).
But the problems people had with this bike gave me big turn offs. The throttle mapping you mentioned, quickshifter problem, and there are some who got their plate/indicator holder broke and flipped to the rear wheel.
