My documents has been attested from HEC and they shared the sealed envelope as well however the WES Academic Request Form is not included and even HEC didn't signed or write under Authorized Official section.
Appreciate your advice.

Is it necessary to send the matric and inter copies in a sealed envelope?
I heard that only Bachelor degree and transcript in a sealed envelop by HEC.
Is that True?
For each individual university in Canada do i need a separate attested copy.
like if I've applied for two universities do i need two copies or just 1 copy

Salam brother ,i live in europ and i have my documents with me as i have done attestation from HEC &, FOREIGN OFFICE AS WELL so how can I done my attestation through Wes as I dont know the envelope method because the documents is with me ?

brother i have already attested my documents from HEC and submitted fee for WES. now i am confused how i will get verification from HEC and my university for WES. is this possible online. or possible E service because i am not in Pakistan now
You don’t need to go for university attestation if u have HEC attested credentials. Send the copies of attested documents to WES. They will evaluate those dox. I did the same.

For Immigration purpose. Do we only need our last degree?
Yes usually, you should choose the highest level degree, diploma or certificate (or combination) that will award you the most points.
There is no need of every documents evaluation only last drgree.
