I'm looking for a place like this for me and my kids and my 2 elderly disabled parents. That shower would be perfect for them. I only have about a $100,000 budget. This will be my first time purchasing a place. I've been nervous about finding something affordable. This relieved my worries. Really liked this house. Love the layout. Loved the big Island and that pantry was to die for. Lol.. The only thing that I did not like, is the home did not have dry wall. Thanks for the tour!!!😊

There are some great floorploans, but drywall is what I look for first. I really despise those batten strips that hold wallboard together. To feel like a "real house," I need painted drywall.

My changes if I was to buy it, vents in ceiling, sliding glass doors off the dining area, rather have a wood or electric fireplace, and maybe even sliding glass doors in the den. Oh yah, real drywall throughout so I can paint the walls and ceiling whatever color I want.

You ever come across one with 2 master baths, and Jack n Jill suite with 3 doors just in case you have guest over?
Love !! Each time I'm finding ones that check the boxes more. This one has a PANTRY AND A DEN on top of the 4 bedrooms 👏👏. Two downsides, not drywall and master is right off living room. Id honestly call them if it was dry wall. Id get over the bedroom on the living room somehow hahaha.

You need to show the islanda little more, I like to know how many drawers there are. For us women you need to slow down in the kitchen. the master bathroom needs a room built around the toilet, I can do without the tub( for me) germs in the closet yuk.

like to see some single wides, these double wides have twice the set up price since you have 2 houses basically- would rather spend that money on sheetrock.....lol

Funny! Your heading says a house under $100k but at the end you said this house is $103k.....on another note that pantry is the truth & the den is the added bonus, other then that it needs a lot of upgrading starting with drywalls throughout....
Actually it said $99k to $103k........ so that means you could get the home for less than $100k.......

I DON'T CARE what it says at the end, 99k hell by time freight charges & delivery set up, plumbing & ac connections the cost will still be above 100k when you add taxes in all. So, let that 99k continue to fool people in thinking they are getting this home under 100k!!!!
