1. I'm talking about a SIM card not SD 2. there's only one way to insert the SIM card if you insert it in the wrong way it will be ejected all the time instead of locking in place 3. I tried a couple of SIM cards non being detected
@@Andy-te6jj A couple of things you can try, lightly scratch a new surface on the sim card, reset the network on the tablet. Since you already tried a new sim and none are detected, maybe the sim reader was damaged. Sometimes you can shine a light and see the sim teeth, check to see if any are broken or out of place.

i have 1 skypad10max and when i press vol down and power button, later apears other screen, is factory mode with auto test, manual test, item test, test report, debug test, clear storage, version and reboot, never shows "wipe data/facroty reset"
Try to follow my instructions correctly, press and hold power first for 1 second then hold down volume down and let go of power when you see sky and keep holding volume down. Any other combinations will likely not work. If this did not work, there are other methods you can find here on CZcams.

They will change the configuration to suit certain carriers and lock it down, usually they make it the same all across the board.

Your volume down button doesnt work? Is your tablet off first when you attempt this? I can try to help you but need to know where your starting from.

This was either a customers device or one we purchased from a customer that forgot their login details.

Make sure you inserted it properly, second thing to try is another SC to make sure either the sd card is bad or sd reader is bad

Will factory reset fix sim card issues
What kind of sim card issue? Netwok will reset and help get signal back but thats about it.

My pad got scractc and it is mot being reset so what can we.do
You mean cracked? There are other methods I tried that didnt work, try those that are on here by other youtubers
It was not working for me the way you have here. I had to hold up, Down, and power then lift up power.
As I stated in video there are a couple of methods out there I tried and none worked for me. This I found is what worked for this tablet

@@linniemorris5309 shouldn’t matter if you have a sim or not unless it’s an unsupported sim. Take out the sim and try again
