Thanks for your comments Kudujust. I guess the analysis presentation is often dictated by assignment brief - sometimes a large presentation board (A1) is a good way of showing your information to get a good feel for the site. As for software, I would recommend getting to grips with InDesign, I am also a fan of Pages.

This video is amazing! It seems like I knew it all but it helps put it like this on "paper". Pinterest link is amazing and it really helps developing some great ideas! Greetings from Serbia! I loved all your videos!

    Hi
The 3D image was created in sketch up. It looks a bit like its on a platform as I just "push/pulled" the ground downwards to give it the look as if the site has been sliced out of the ground. I then exported this as a 2D graphic. I imported it into Sketchbook Express (which is free) to do the arrows/ sun path line etc. You could also use photoshop of course. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions :)

Another good video - good use of a SketchUp model and really like you Pinterest site. Would you print your final 'analysis' as sheets at A2/A1 or put them in an A4/A3 document? What software do you use for your layouts?

Helen Wright I used a sketch up model which I exported as a 2d graphic, then took it into photoshop to scribble over it! Nothing fancy! :)
