Thank you for this video I find it so hard to study and stay motivated working unless i am in an environment which encourages me, I've tried listening to music, meditation, white noise, or just plain silence and my ADHD gets too distracted unless i am in a classroom setting and at home it harder to find that.
I'm basically the same as you (ADHDer who tried all the same things as you) ... since completing university, I kinda lost all my accountability partners, it's been super difficult to concentrate the past few months ... trying out different methods and stumbled across this video (ofc right away go to the comments, cus ADHD brain) and found your comment (otherwise maybe i would've clicked off it) .... so Thank you as well!
