What’s the place you stayed at Phuket?
The palace is closed! I'm sorry you got scammed! How much did you pay for that shared boat ride? The attractions ain't bad though. Usually, it's one random temple and the rest is like shops and tailors from which they would get a commission if you buy something from those establishments.
we tried 2 days and failed to get into the palace both times! bad planning on us!! we only paid 1000BAHT for the boat ride but it was supposed to be 4000BAHT! we had fun though, so weren't too worried about the money :)

hmm u do know that there are taxiboats that cost 5- 10 baht that normal thai go with everyday.
@@nattm6553 ahaha probably! it’s fine tho! it was a tour, not a taxi boat but we kinda didn’t really get to decide to go. They basically just took our money!! Oh well, hopefully they use the money better than us 😂
@@laurengreenfilm Living and working here in Bangkok with a western salary (im swedish) its almost scary how inflated the tourist prices become nowadays.
Living a pretty normal local middleclass neibourhood here i often eat for LESS than 300 - 400 baht a DAY and that includes all food icecoffee water fruit , smoothies etc..
@@nattm6553 it’s scary how inflated they are! it’s unfortunately the same in most places in the world tho :(
