Wauw!!!! Wish i had passed by. For sure, all my spare change would be in the hat. The trick is, five of your friends stand around you.... more sheep follow, then your friends start donating, the sheep will follow. Beautiful music!!!!!!
This is true, but if you do this you're basically tricking them into donating. They're not dinating because they like blues and think you're a good player, they're donating because everyone else is. And as someone else already mentioned, have some respect for the people who give you their hard earned money.
Que excelente RITMO ohhhhhh mi cuerpo no deja de bailar con esa ARMONICA tan bien tocada...... Graciassssssss por darme un momento de alegria inmensa....
Nice, thank you. I also busk with harmonica and also have the same "Microcube" amplifier. I don't use backing tracks to play above them but instead, I play various foot percussion together with the harp. I play mostly pop/rock covers and also contemporary improvisations. In contrary to your playing style, which i realy like, i don't play any traditional blues at all. Never even learned it. But people seem to like my approach so i'm sticking with it.
Blimey!!!! Wish you lived nearer to me. Took up Harping last year and just can`t progress, tried some online tutors but to no avail. I don`t want to be a star (I`m 69), just want to play Blues like this. Fantastic, subscribed.
I'm 66 and started playing at 55 when I retired....trick is to take your harp everywhere....play every day until your lips ache.... eventually muscle memory kicks in and bingo.....good luck.
You got to be kidding me only one person dumps and change this is like that freaking English song about the boogie woogie boogie guy that got arrested y'all need to come to America play sum 💙💙💙
You're talented, but it's too "generic". I'm not going to be a "Donny Downer" but you need to have a "song story" to catch people's attention. Something unique with the song. They're walking by because they've heard this before. It's just a generic "blues rhythm". Try something like Indiara Sfair's "Our Home". That might get attention and a stop from the "combat shoppers". Keep working it, and best of luck!
I wish I walked by and started dancing. Great tune!
I’m surprised how folks ignore him.
Gotta stand up and draw in some eyes. Great playing but needs to give them a reason to stop.

This guy is good, where are the crowds? I’d stop & listen then put a few bucks in his hat. Where are the people, why aren’t they helping him out?
Too townie, less touristic I think

Unless you’re Brian Jones it takes a lot of practice to get that good. 50/50 chance you’ll give up.

I would love to see you play the harmonica.
