Easiest Delicious Oven Baked BBQ Pork Chops

- 2 pork loin, sirloin chops (About 2 lbs total)
1 tbsp Olive oil
BBQ Seasoning mix:
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1 teaspoon fine Himalayan Pink Salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup or more of your favourite BBQ Sauce for brushing on generously
Honey as desired
I made this today for Sunday dinner let me say, to anyone who is deciding whether or not to make this. Do it !!!!!! I made the rub as you instructed. I did not have store bought bbq sauce so I made my own. The flavor is out of this world. I am subscribing. !!!!! Girl… you know how to cook !!! I am impressed. 😀❤️

You listed 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder twice (at the beginning of the list of ingredients for the BBQ seasoning mix and 4 up from the bottom). Was this duplication supposed to be a different ingredient or just delete it out?

It will be good to point for beginers what is broiling what symbol typically is on the oven how to start it. That will be very helpfull for people who don't have someone to ask .
There are simply too many brands of stove out there for me to indicate what the broiling symbol would be. Most stoves I've seen don't even have a symbol, it just says the word broil. A quick 2 minute research on Google can often explain alot of unfamiliar words we stumble upon online 👍🏽

Highest temperature setting and place it on the top shelf of the oven. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.

One question what temperature if your broiler has settings? Or is it best on high?
