“what do you mean you don’t get it it’s just a FACT” KILLED ME LMAOOAOAOA
Rip
What do you think I said?
I thought you were vomiting on me…..
Even CZcams didn't understand his accent. The subtitles went away as soon as he spoke and came back as John spoke😂😂
Lol I went back and turned them on😂
“Calgary Alberta, that’s the home of Bret the Hitman Hart.” 😂
i like when the CC panics and just says "[Music]"
He will never find out if Kevin Bridges ever bought a horse or not.
This WILTY Joke 🔥😂
As a Bulgarian, I appreciate the comment

@@DC-bg7cr Dmitri? Is that you?
He paid with lev.
The young man being interviewed is so intelligent and articulate.
1:46 - the most epic moment - the confusion lol
Right!? Nobody on the stage understood that lol
Don’t blame John. Kevin Bridges’ Scottish accent is the strongest I’ve ever heard. And Kevin is correct Calgary is in fact the home of WWE’s Bret”The hitman”Hart.
I'm guessing you've never been to Glasgow.
@@graememckay9972 you’re right I haven’t. But I know the accents are strong there.
@@lukedaley17 This is his "proper English". Kev cleans up quite a bit his accent when talking to non-Scots.
I thought he said, “Brett, the Human Hart.”
@@charlesfu3726 I've noticed that when Kevin isn't performing in Scotland, he purposely tries to soften his accent. I'm from the U.S., but watch a lot of U.K. and Irish stuff and sometimes I find it hard to get everything that Kevin says, even though I've become accustomed to the accents. I did get what Kevin was saying here but it's probably because I was concentrating, knowing that I might miss part of what he said.
I’m actually impressed John picked it up the second time around 😂 I only understood it while reading the comments! But I love that they keep their accents and don’t try to tone it down! The first time I heard James McCavoy I was like “Wait 😵💫 what’s happening?!” But Kevin just broke the scale on accents
Do you mean James McAvoy
😂
How!!?? Oor kev is just chanting facts oot! 😅
@@sbc1t he wrote it with James' accent 😅.
The accent didn't bother me. The fact that Kevin is almost sitting on John's lap bothered me. Give the man some space, Kevin.
If I was on the show I'd be sitting on John's lap
I think john looked a lil uncomfortable and when he said "sounded like you vomited on me" was a joke but also a hint that he was too close lol
You weren’t there. Don’t get your panties in a twist over nothing.
@Ann_the Snowowl #americans
good ole white girl feeling offended for someone else when yknow
YOU ARENT THEM
I love Kevin bringing up wrestling facts when he gets the chance. 🙂
I’m Scottish and didn’t know what the hell he was referring to even though I understood the words. I was like “is this someone I should know?”. I was still confused even after they understood.
Brett the Hitman Heart was a wildly popular wrestler for the American pro wrestling circuit.
@@firehawk2324 not popular enough for a non-wrestling person to know.
@@KleioChronicles I also wouldn't expect many people outside North America to know him. Which is exactly why I explained.
@@KleioChronicles I’m not a pro wrestling fan but being in Canada I know a lot of the wrestlers and he is one of them. It’s like any sport that way -I don’t like American football but I can name a bunch of players, and so on.
@@KleioChronicles just cuz you dont know who a person is. Doesn't mean that the person in question is not popular lol. It's an extremely egotistical way of thinking....
Bizarre coincidence: Will Poulter's American accent sounds EXACTLY like John Krasinski...You can hear it in the show Dopesick. It's uncanny. His accent is an impression in itself.
Not go up
Is will poulter not American?
@@Mar032891 he’s English. Born in London I think
@@practicallyperfect2941 lmfao thanks friendo. I don’t know why but I was thinking of will arnett. Gob from arrested development. Of course will poulter British. Thanks for clearing that up.
Dude. I had started watching Dopesick and hadn't thought about it but now every time he opens his mouth, I can get this out if my head. So damn accurate.
As a traveler I have never had a problem with accents, but even this one was hard. LOL. But when I went back, it is hilarious. Dude rocks.
As a geordie i understood it but i think the randomness of the fact caught people off guard which didnt help 😂
Haha "bre ta hi ma har" easy to understand
Hat did he say?
@@xoxjelloxox Brett the Hitman Hart
@@xoxjelloxox Naw. Naw hat.
..for get about the accents..im just impressed that kev knew about the brett/calgary connection
Calgary is one of the warmest places on the prairies. Chinooks can make temps go from -10⁰C to 19⁰C.
Was gonna say...bless his little cotton socks, he's never been to Yellowknife in the winter.
@kathrynturnbull990 I'm originally from Winnipeg, so I take exception to his comment about Calgary being the coldest place on Earth. I have called my Winnipeg family during a Chinook & bragged about the warm temps while they're -30⁰C or more below.
I gotta say, I love Kevin Bridges but I didn't get that one the first time either. I don't know how he finds a way to roll the 'R' in EVERY word of "Bret the Hit Man Hart"!
"Calgary Alberta" has to be up there with the top things scottish people find hard to say, alongside "purple burgler alarm" 😆
No one from Canada (or the US) says “Calgary Alberta,” we just say “Calgary.” Adding the province/state name is not an American thing unless there is likelihood of confusion.
Bret Hart getting shoutouts on UK chat shows in December 2021, I love it 💪🏻👍🏻

I don't know why they insist on reposting old clips either.
I live in Calgary. Definitely not the coldest place in Canada. But it might be the coldest place with film crews 😉
Not the coldest place but it's got some cold people
Calgary Alberta and the Hart family, has a huge legacy in that city. They were the pioneer's of Stampede Wrestling, and several of the Hart brothers were school teachers :-). I was taught by 2 of them. Nice family. RIP Owen Hart 💌
I was waiting for Kevin to say “ here you’re a cheeky prick by the way” 😂
2:02 when Will and John get what Kevin said… 😆
I’m just happy that Bret Hart is still getting a shoutout these days. The best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be 💓🖤💓
The Excellence of Execution!👍
The best snap suplex in the business!
When I (American) was stationed in Scotland in the 1980s (just outside Dunoon), it took me about 2 months to be able to completely understand the local accent.
I live in Dunoon! Whereabouts did you stay? We just bought a house in Sandhaven, Sandbank.
First: I didn't know Will Poulter was English; and, 2nd: I don't know why but I could understand Kevin perfectly. Maybe because I know who Brett the Hitman Hart is?
He is sitting very close to John Krasinski!!
Calgary Alberta!!! I live there!!!🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Hi 👍🏴😎
Son of Rambow was fantastic, and I've been a fan since then too.
he is sitting uncomfortably close
Could have been why John made the comment “sounded like you were vomiting on me” subtle way to say move over a bit more.
Much of what we picture as New York City or Los Angeles as depicted in movies is actually filmed in Toronto or Vancouver.
I believe Glasgow is also used as a stand-in for New York too
@@ChrisH78 Glasgow is used for Chicago too I believe. Similar architecture.
John is just...the nicest guy 😆😂😆😂😆😂
Especially putting up with Kevin all in his (John’s) personal space. Creepy.
"It sounded like you were vomiting on him" 😂
WTF.. I've had shocking moments finding out an actor wasn't from the U.S. but this is more of a shocker lol.
Have you not seen Narnia?
I live three hours north of Calgary. It’s only really cold for a couple of weeks every winter. The rest of the time it’s quite tolerable and enjoyable.
It sounded like you was vomiting on me 😂😂😂
I’m just excited Nellie and Jim are reunited 😅
Right?!?
Sameee
I have friends in norway and the Netherlands who understand me perfectly yet if americans or english hear a scottish accent they act as if you talk greek
Exactly! I'm Dutch and usually have little to no trouble understanding Scottish, Irish or English accents.
I’m Greek and I find this comment offensive 😞
@@iacovos1191 I don't know why
@@iacovos1191 lol why? There is nothing offensive about the comment. Think you need to grow a pair of balls mate
@@iacovos1191 I think as in another language other than English but it's a past expiry expression. When I hear "pardon my French" from an English speaking person who's cursed, it's grating.
His accent is perfect and beautiful.
We're not discriminating him, no need to be posh about it
@@johnle1535 I wasn’t implying that. I just think his accent is that awesome.
@@johnle1535 No one was suggesting that, no need to get offensive about it.😆
@@CaledonianCloud Honestly, it doesn't even make sense what I wrote down towards this comment about his perfect and beautiful accent. I must have replied under the wrong comment! MY BAD FOLKS!
In their defence I understood what he Said but I had no idea who Bret the Hitman Hart is so despite I could understand it still sounded like gibberish. 😂
Same, no clue who he is. Also, I’m Glaswegian (like Kevin) so you’d think I’d be fine, but Bret just isn’t a very common name in Scotland so with the speed of his speech I got confused for a second.
English is my second language, kinda turned into my 3rd based on the languages i use but i always, for some reason, had the ability to understand heavier accents, but not Kevin's...
I had no idea this guy was English,I loved him in Were The Millers ,i haven’t seen him in anything else ,maybe i should.
Oh you should take a look at "dopesick" he is in there to and pretty great.
@@nulle1968 wow I just looked at the trailer it looks riveting I’m a retired nurse morphine and dilaudid ( the pure form of morphine) was the drug of choice back then and of course pot and secanol also they called them reds back them because they were red I think Cheech and Chong did a comedy routine about secanol or there was a movie
I live in Calgary lol I promise it’s not the coldest so imagine if he spent time in other places in Canada lol he wouldn’t survive that
OH MY GOD!!! i had NO IDEA it was him in Son of Rambo! it was such a charming film!
Calling Calgary the coldest place on the planet...oh you sweet summer child. Calgary's cold but Canada can get a lot worse.
especially Winnipeg!
He added “possibly in this universe”, so one would hope that it was intentional exaggeration. 🥶
Agreed! I feel like Sask and Manitoba are much colder than Alberta.
He should have visited any of the Territories!
And...they werent shooting in Calgary but up in the Canadian Rockies. Kananaskis country. Higher elevation=colder. Also, keep in mind this shoot was when DeCaprio experienced the bizarre weather phenomenon called a Chinook. Warm air drops down the mountainside and the temp can change 30 degrees in an afternoon. Poor Leo was freaking out about climate change. He was just uneducated. It happens all the time for centuries.
For so long in this video I truly beliebed Kevin had his leg over the other actor 🤣
Bret The Hitman Hart. Legend
Now John Krazinski and Adam Poulter are both in the MCU. Fantastic
What I love about this is how close Kevin is sitting to John.
Calgary is balmy for Alberta. Dude needs to go to Edmonton or worse Fort McMurray or Grande Prairie. I could understand Kevin' accent no problem and I'm Canadian. I shudder to think how these guys would react to some of the people I deal with who English is a foreign language and can't pronounce some of the consonants.
Yes I too had to laugh about his Calgary comment being the coldest place on earth ……Calgary is the mildest area on the entire prairie provinces!
That Scottish accent is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be Och aye the noo!
We don’t say that

That’s racist
I thought he said "the home of bread that hit my heart" haha
That's exactly what he said lol
I laughed so hard at this. Thanks.
Calgary is one of the happiest places I have been to in North America. It was obviously cold in the winter…but atmosphere, people and energy is always positive.
Awwww, I love Calgary!
Bread that had my heart - that's what I heard. 😅
I am the person all my friends and my mom ask too ask to translate what someone says when they have a thick accent, and I have no idea what that guy said at any point
I normally have trouble with his accent but actually got it that time
They also filmed it in Tierra del Fuego - Argentina. The last fight was filmed there.
John Krasinsk has evolved into John Hamm in Mad Men
I just know this guy as being Eustace in The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader, he did a great job too
"coldest place in the universe"
anyone catch a bit of singing at 2:02 or am i losing it
every British soldier knows how cold Alberta can be LOL
what made really hard to hear is the fact that he omits the T's and there are just so many T's in 'Brett The Hitman Hart' that it just sounds like something else completely.
I genuinely thought he said "The bread that hit my heart"
Ye even I didn’t understand what he said and I’m also a Glaswegian
I understood him so I was waiting for more confusion…
1:46 "Calgary, Alberta that's the home of Brett "The Hitman" Hart"
Its sounded like you were vomiting on me😂😂
Canada ranges from +49C to -63C; yes it gets cold but it gets super hot too!
I bet he never even experienced real cold.
Trying living over 300km north of Calgary! And that is not even Northern Canada yet.
I was thinking he really is in a mild part of Alberta for this movie
But you're conditioned for it, remember.
@@eclectica1
even if we are conditioned for it, Calgary is not the coldest place on the planet ...
Just so you know Calgary , Alberta, Canada is a lovely place summer winter and though it is cold the residents make up for it in their kindness. Let's see, Scotland ( summer or winter ) Wales ( the same ) Minnesota, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Yes, I think that's just about it. We Canadians, are known for our kindness and hospitality, except of course when people make remarks such as yours' eh !
lol Bret 'The Hitman' Hart
luv this guy and seen a few of his standups, what i really like tho is when he is doing a joke involving and Englishman he absolutely nails the accent and its totally understandable unlike a lot of his Glaswegian accent lol
It was worse for me because I don't know Bret "The Hitman" Hart (yah, not into wrestling). At least Krasinski got it the second time. I would have been wha? Bread, the Hip Man-Harp?
🤣🤣🤣. Oh thank you for that laugh.
I mean, most guys would know who Bret Hart is.
@@G4MBIT To be honest. I was surprised that he's mainstream enough to be known by 2 mainstream Hollywood actors
Why does he even bring that up?
@@bishbosh4815 they’re 90s kids/teens. Bret Hart was mainstream - at least among the boys - back then.
I love Kevin's accent!
That's thick 🤣
I was introduced to Will when he was Eustace
King of the eyebrows
Krazinski lucky to dodge a Glasgow kiss.
I’m not entirely sure he did dodge it. 😂
It took me two tries but I heard it the second go around
I think his accent is very understandable except I just had no clue who he was referring to
He very clearly said Bret the Hetman Haar
You're probably familiar with his accent then, cuz I had no idea what he said that time
Never been to any English speaking country; but his accent was easy to understand for me.

The thread says even brits would struggle to understand, including Welsh, English and Northern Irish, and that's bollocks, some English, some Welsh maybe, and they don't understand because they are arrogant and dismissive. Bit like John here. It was just rude. Did I spell that for you enough.
I don't know, I heard him perfectly the first time.
I heard gibberish the first time round. Now, it's crystal clear.
Winnipeg's colder 😂
Saw the Revenant.. ! Can't remember even a remnant...
Calgary is the coldest place on the planet 😂😂😂...helllll no, Calgary is the warmer winter city on the prairies. Their chinooks keep them balmy. Come much further up north in Alberta...now that’s cold!
Idk, the way John had his back to Kevin even when talking to him, didn’t even turn to look at him. Kinda felt like he just doesn’t like Kevin. Then what he says feels really serious
seemed a little bit hostile to me as well.
Kevin was so close- if John had turned to look at him, they would have been kissing!
Calgary, Alberta home to someone called Brett
LMAO it sounded like you were vomiting.
Weird this gets recommended on the 23 Jan same date as the broadcast.
Calgary can get cold for sure, but Edmonton gets colder and it's the same province. Go further north in Canada, you'll eventually get to the Arctic. I'm lucky. I live on Vancouver Island.
As a Scot myself I could understand him perfectly
Shame nobody appreciated his trivia because they couldn't understand what he said
