Idk if this is relevant, but in Greco-Roman mythology, Saturn killed and usurped his father Uranus. I wonder if it's possible that the Gorosei used to be part of Joyboy's crew but betrayed him (it would seem fitting for the Sun God's crew to be themed after the ten planets). Zunesha and the Robot might have been tricked into aiding this betrayal and come to regret it later. Idk, but it at least seems interesting to me.
Ten planets?
@@WhosThatBird_ OK, so, maybe nine planets + the Moon or something. This is also counting Pluto as a planet, which it was regarded as when Oda was growing up.
Your theory both sounds plausible and fits the themes very well 👌
@@CantusTropus”cut Pluto out of that line up” - Neil D. Tyson
@@JackahoonaLaGunawhen one piece was still being plotted out it was still a planet
For me you nailed it when you said that they didn't believe in Joyboy
My theory is that IMU managed to convince everyone to turn against Joyboy
Good theory they probably did and then Imu turned on them and they regretted their actions and that’s why they said “Forgive me Joyboy”
@@VR-xr1wyagreed
I honestly just believe the robot is sorry because he didn't manage to complete the mission Joyboy gave him, which was to destroy Marie Jois and the 5 Elders
That could be it too.
Yeah but the robot attacked Mary joa only 200 years ago. 600 year difference between that event and joy boy being alive
@@Coolgiy67His will could've been passed down being able to power the ancient robot, but his will will could've been destroyed when the ancient robot relazied he would have to wait until joyboys return
Zunesha sounds more like a Laboon than a Chopper to me.
yeahhhh
Maybe most of his companions may have some guilt instilled in them because of the chains of events that led to their loss and may have committed something grave to stay hidden
I may be doing a full vid on this exact thing, there is clearly shared remorse somewhere among all of them
@@DaksSakeI think this is spot on. I’m willing to bet money later we learn that Joyboys crew lost faith in their leader. But this time, Luffys nakama would never even falter in their belief.
I never drew the connection to Franky and Chopper. Mind blown, makes so much sense
Funniest part is that a lot of people hyped it to be zoro's chapter becouse of supposed 1111 symbolic or whatever, and just almost nothing special regarding his charcter happened
rob lucci’s “almost nothing happened” moment
@@therealestoat bro everything happened to him
@@ffswege9244didn't get it bud
would have been a bit weird to put now an entire chapter for zoro. It would be so random especially since there is so much going on right now
Its not that funny
Maybe the robot will help the straw hats escape
I think he will by taking over the fighting vs the Gorosei to stall them. Wouldn't be surprised if he knows how to permanently hurt them too
That would be so sad but also epic if we get a full-blown flashback for Joy-Boy, and the Iron giant, and then he pulls some Kuma action makes us love the iron giant, and then it sacrifice itself to save Joy-Boy, and the rest of the crew from the five elders oh man, sorry bleach, thousand year blood war ain’t got nothing on this final saga of one piece, I bet Oda does some wild shit and makes the final arc like an entire meme just for the lols too. We all know it’s the friends we made along the way anyways the one and not how it really ends that matters. “The one piece is real”
@@DaksSake yea i think its about time the straw hats leave vegapunk is injured,zoro is done with his fight, kizaru is hesitant, and i don’t believe luffy can handle all of the gordsei
Over 1000 EPs and the bitch ass straw hate crew still running away
@@blazelion9883 he can defeat them if he understands his powers which he don't he still think he have gum gum fruit power
The “bad timeline” thing at the end was a like a lightbulb going off in my head. 🔥vid
It could be that they failed to accomplish their goal, causing Joy Boy to die/be captured and now they have to live in shame
i wonder if the betrayel of joyboys previous crew is lack of faith. cause we see a ton of faith from luffys crew. what if this faith was paralleled up until the major test of faith and with out the faith from his crew he lost his strength. thus they were instremental in his loss.
My theory is that Imu and Nika were space pirates that crashed in the OP world.
"Unlike the straw hats"...sir, willingly or not, half the crew has turned against the straw hats at one point or another
they may have left or even fought and argued but not once have they ever stopped believing luffy will be king of the pirates, even when ussop was leaving the crew he said it, they've never actually turned against him
they've separated for a couple of reasons but they never stopped believing. Sanji left because he tried to sacrifice himself. Usopp left because he was felt like he was lacking behind and would be left behind anyway, just like they had to leave behind marry because she couldn't carry them further. He did not stop believing in Luffy, he didn't believe in himself.
etc.
Only Usopp has ever betrayed the group. And Zoro has threatened to on occasion. Everyone else is super loyal.
They have almost all done it, felt they did or thought they needed to.
Nami ditched them and stole the Merry.
Usopp when he left the crew.
Zoro felt he had failed Luffy when he lost to Mihawk and when Ace died.
Robin when she left the crew.
Sanji when he left the crew.
I dont see many good OP theories at all but this one cooked
I've been thinking that the robot is an ancient Franky equivalent for a while. The other guess is maybe something similar to Kuma where they were once Joyboy's crewmate/friend but ended up being a tool exploited by the enemy.
It's scary how late in the game it is now, it feels like just speculating is practically a spoiler
That kind of reminds me of Ussop leaving Luffy, which would be another parallel between Luffy and joy boy
They say sorry for being unable to protect joyboy
Bad Timeline Franky looks suspiciously similar to the iron giant lol
If they were joyboy's crew then he had a robot, a animal/ a mythical zoan user(that's what I think the elephant is) and a fishman/mermaid.
The franky part is wild
Yo imagine they being crewmates of Joyboy. Their crew must've been insanely strong
If Zunesha was a part of Joyboy's crew my money is their position at least partially being the ship.
Theory the crime they commited is simple but so sad and heavy their crime is they let Joyboy get killed by the five elder so this is like sabadoy arc but the difference is joyboy is killed and only a handfull of crew remain and eventualy scatered and in guilt they give themself self punishment as for let joyboy killed and make the what supposed to be the final war became the beggining of the tyrant of the world goverment
And maybe when robot realize then attacked mariejos after 600 years😂
I liked your theory so far❤️
that actually makes a lot of sense makes me wonder if that one guy from thriller bark it think ryuma was his right hand man?
I feel like we're gonna find out that Joyboy's crew lost faith in him. Like how the Straw Hats always, no matter what, always believe in Luffy and declare that he will be the King of the Pirates.
I kinda imagine it being the same for Joyboy, but for some reason his crew was either convinced to betray or abandon him, maybe thinking it the correct choice at the time only to realize they screwed up when it was already too late?
HAS IT BEEN 3 WEEKS I NEED TO KNOW
Robot about to send hell to the Straw Hats enemies
Someone caused a Great flood… Just think about…
I do like the idea that One Piece takes place in the bad timeline of the void century. What would Zunesha look like if it was the good timeline? Just imagine how happy that tusky boy could have been...
Real theory
zunisha & Robert can't save the joyboy who was betrayed by imu she was also joyboy crewmate . That's why they are saying sorry🎉❤❤
Damn, got me looking forward to 2 years of Void Century flashbacks in the manga...
I think they apologized because they had to kill joyboy so that imu doesn’t freeze him in the deep freezer and stop his will from reincarnated into the devil fruit and passed down to someone like luffy which is what happened… joyboy told them to kill him to have hope for the future
From history we know the only way for the 20 kings to defeat the ancient kingdom which was so powerful and advanced, was to turn their own "weapons" against them. Fooling, manipulating or even forcing good hearted people to do horrible thing is a recurring theme in One Piece so those entities could have been manipulated, pressured or even mind controlled into failing the ancient kingdom.
Also I think the AK invented devil fruits but in some way Imu cursed them all (I may pull this up from another fan theory)
Everyone keeps thinking we'll get a void century flashback. It's not set in stone as far as I'm aware
I think that zu was tricked and betrayed joyboy while the robot simply failed joyboy, i also think emu was a member of the joyboys crew and maybe his second in command, which would make a creat comparison to zoro, the only og straw hat to not betray luffy in some way.
I saw in a recent episode they kinda revealed what happend during the void century
JoyBoy’s crew committed mutiny. Imu is the one who led the mutiny. After which, imu betrayed the rest of the crew and left them for dead and/or punishment. Imu did this so that they could claim mass wealth and power without having to share it with the crew or the people JoyBoy made friends with/made promises to. That’s what I think anyways.
So Imu is Nami?
Joyboy's crew are forced to betray him if they have no choice. Maybe the choices were Billions of lives or Joyboys's life.
Im thinkin it might hint at the joyboy crewmates like zunisha and the iron giant, must have maybe betrayed joyboy kinda like jon snow and the nightwatch. In what they percive to be a greater good, the betrayed theyre leader
I think he probably lost to imu and his crew couldn't help their own captain in his time of need
bro, this is a great theory and I wished to see it come true
I wonder if Joyboy wanted to be killed to pass on his will and his devil fruit, and asked them to kill him and they did. That’s why they are sorry.
W THEORY 🔥
the chestnut goat
Everyone betrays each other and thus sorry. 😢
So Frankie could turn into a shipment
Lol I was the first person to think of this a while ago and now it's everywhere like everyone else is coming to the same conclusion
The elephant was tricked into betraying joyboy due to the dango dango fruit power. Which framed joyboy for the first 109 m flood that binks sake sings about.
There isna theory I read that the giant robot killed the real joyboy in the freezer in order for the devil fruit to go in rotation again.
Well, since JoyBoy was a radical anti-government revolutionary. What we do know is that the celestial dragons took over the last power in the world. Covered up the history of such power. I believe the robot and zunisha were in a great battle and I think some forces never showed up and abandoned Joy Boy. We also know JoyBoy created the Arc to bring the fish people into the world. That his failed promise, he promised to ensure the world would be free, but instead turned into a world power dictatorship.
I think it more that they had a choice to denounce him as king or die with him and/or there home land being destroyed something to that effect
Oh daymn
Wait wasn’t joyboy apologizing to the back thens princess mermaid could she have been apart of there group like Ginba
The secret to beating the five stars is gonna be on a ponegliff
My thought is that just like nami in Luffy's crew who is greedy for money , imu or his/her ancestor were in joyboy's crew who is so greedy for power and wealth . Maybe because of that greedness imu or imu's ancestor betrayed joyboy and zunesha or the robot can't save joyboy and imu become powerful above the celestial dragons. Maybe because of that they both Zunesha and the robot were seeking forgiveness from joyboy or his reincarnation.
Luffys crew mirrors joy boys. From fish man to robot
I think the forgiveness is for not able to save Joyboy, or something told them to do but could not fulfill the task
new theory, Imu can possess people/take on their bodies. Imu possessed someone that had the gravity fruit to bring down the old kingdoms moon planet to create the redline. Imu then took over Vivi's ancestor and convinced everyone to betray JoyBoy
Me personally I’m thinking someone from the WG used the soul-soul fruit back in the void century, after the defeat of Joyboy and the AK, to take all of JB’s companions souls and put them into living things, which is why the Robot can speak, which, if this theory is true, makes me think if there are many other weird creatures (that used to be joyboy’s companions) that have existed since the void century, and perhaps they reside in laughtale? This is a stupid theory but I just had it in my mind.
Literal quotes from the Grandline Review channel
They didn't help him with the big boat that lead to the darkness taking over
Joyboy is not dead! He’s frozen 🥶…. Need external flame to thaw him out
My theory is that joyboys crew could not help him in a fight that got him killed and feal guilty but im only on skypea and my knowlage of joyboy and that kind of stuff is from youtube so im probably hella off 😂😂😂
Idk maybe he had a robot this is possible the ones who are saying sorry are his crew members or they can be his subordinates
Luffys nika is a god he grants life
So pluton actually is some old shipwright who turned himself into a ship 😂😂 gets me wondering what the countermeasure pluton was/is 🤔
I think joyboy ultimatly failed against the elders and celestial dragons that’s why they are sorry.
When you realise Imu is just Blackbeard piggybacking Shanks...
No hes apologizing for failing
What if imu has the ability to control everyone's will to d0 against their own willingly desires ? That's why the robot and elephant apologises for ?
What if the robot rides zunesha into battle like doc q rides the mule 😂
But can we point out that not only does bad timeline 50 franky turn into a robot, it looks like the ancient robot but with his facial structure. Look at the shoulders. Thats very interesting. Honestly even if this theory isnt true, it may be the idea oda is going on. Like it was the original idea and he slightly changed it but the concept is still there.
On another note age 70 franky being a boat is hilariously wild to me. Makes me wonder if thats ALSO part of the joke, like pluton was the iron giants "Sunny"....
Actually........ wait......
See the bad timeline was made before the timeskip designs (as evidenced by Franky's look in the good timeline). But as of now, isnt Franky physically closer to the bad timeline??
Maybe they didn’t believe something bad was gonna happen like Imu betraying them and they wanted Him to forgive them because they didn’t believe
watching and making this kind of content it's as if Lufy would've said yes to Raleigh to be told the story about the one piece. It doesn't matter if it's true or not, I want to be surprised
Joyboy fought alone against 20 kings, his crew got scared and away, thats why they are all sorry
Old pirate : Rocks
Ancient Pirate : Joyboy
"Void" Could be name of the pirate crew? 🤔
So Would the Cavendish Demon thing be a Brook equivalent?????
Or they could have failed to help Joyboy. They're asking for forgiveness fir letting him down.
Omg I literally made this same comment a few days ago!
No it's Sanji and all it does is microwave noodles
Chopper=zunesha😮
Make them pay then write up the business insurance contract right after they leave. Sigma???
So..
Ruffy - Joyboy
Chopper - Zunesha
Franky - Iron Robot
Jimbei - Poseidon
Nami - Uranus (because literal Meaning is "Sky" and Nami was on Weatheria-Sky Island)
Brook - Pluton (because dead and God of Underworld)
and the rest is still a mystery to me
I loved one piece but they could do without the long useless clips. I mean we're on 1116 and we still haven't seen this robot again is he still walking or what?
Daks! Get out of my head!!! ❤❤
For now kuma is the saddest
I still think joyboy crew mimicks luffy. A so called pet in Zuniesha=chopper, a giant robot=franky, and I'm pretty sure we are going tonsee more of his crew as things unfold that mimics Sanji Zoro Jimbei Nami Robin Usopp
But that's just a theory a anime theory
bro...
There is more connections of joyboy crew and straw hats
Luffy=joyboy
Zoro=shimotsuki wano samurai
Sanji=lunarian tribe crew mate
Jinbe= fishmen tribe crew mate
Franky=giantrobot robunosuke
Chopper=zunesa mink tribe
Ussop=giants tribe (no connection but i think he will show us similar bravery )
Nami=queen nefariti
Everyone is apologising… Of course because its Japan😅
Honestly i think Zunesha is the ship.
His companions killed joyboy
Brother here is my theory, the person who has sent giants dorry and broggy is none other than Vivi, I think Sabo and Vivi might have landed in little garden and I think She knows something about nika
Nobody cares about 1 piece
Nah i believe imu killed joy boy and his crew was tied up with other enemies so joy boy died thats why they are sorry they were unable to save/help there friend. I believe its a simple answer for this. It'll give us some flash backs with imu and such, only time will twll
