My mini 2 also stucked on the tree just now. After felt down to the ground, luckily it still manage to fly again. But the gimbal dislocated from its position. Thanks for the video. I’ll try to fix it!
Well I crashed mine today tried all the on line tricks compressed air pushing back on mine with screw drivers but after I took it apart found ribbon cable had come lose I had to take the gimbol lose from rubber isolators snap ribbon cable back on and re attach gimbol to isolator frame all fixed hope I don't crash again
My camera wont centre and if i press re centre on the control , it wont so how do i re calibrate the camera gimble, just no response when i am in the settings
Hello, my drone crashed while it tried to go home on its own. The gimbal is fine on the ground but once I get up high it tilts to the right , I tried adjusting it with the manual setting but it goes off again just hovering . If I have to replace a part, what would it be ? Or do I need to open it up to check if anything got lose for it to go off track like so
Everytime I get a good shot like Passing 5 minutes the gimbal starts to like shake in the video for some reason,when I’m flying it like it’s all good until I see the footage it starts shaking and it’s not good
@@theoneromelo281 oh your lucky.... in my case it took at LEAST a week To get there... and another week for them to finally look at it. Useless.... I have another horizon issue and i don't want to send it in again
@@Matanumi But check it - it came back with the camera “stuttering”. The image isn’t catching up w the drone. I’m sending it back on Wednesday. I’ll update u.
I also had a (very small) crash. No damage. Not even a broken prop. But now the gimbal always tilts a bit. Calibration does not help. Did you experience this issue as well after your crash?
check if the all the four arms of the gimbal are attached to the body. If one is disconnected or loose, it might shake. Did the drone crash or fall down?
@@rmanni mine fell mid flight too, luckily i was 3 ft off ground, but if the drone detects a problem with the motor in flight you will get a warning error code (forget which it is) however chances are one of tje props died suddenly before it could detect an issue, also over water the bottom sensor for some reason tricks the drone into thinking its ground, mine was landing on a rock 3 times the size of tje drone on a rock in the middle of a creek, drone miss took the rock as a object in its landing path and thought the water was a landing spot, drone shot to left on its own and landed in the water......LESSON LEARN, NEVER LAND NEAR WATER!!!
@@rmanni I found this to be true myself because my came with Allstate. Even though my had a motor failure no flight, they will not repair due to physical damage from it falling. Go figure! 😂

try tugging gently on the four corners to see if anything is loose.

I sent mine back to dji for repair and the whole thing was free it was just a gimbal problem with the axis arm module
How long did it take though

It looks like one of the bronze cables behind the gimbal severed what should I do.
Get the whole unit replaced.
You can't put a new one in even if you wanted too you'd have to reprogram and that's software we don't have

@@rmanni mine does it gets stuck at 80% calibration makes a buzzing sound when flat, I crashed it. There is lots of screen tearing in my videos.

You cannot fix your crashed drone/gimbal under warranty.
