It is great to see that his physical exercise is so varied and he trains not only his muscle core strength but also flexibility, cardio and overall stamina ( like swimming and boxing).
The best vocalist in the world, Dimash Kudaibergen, is well known for his absolutely insane breath control, and one of his most pivotal training programs includes underwater swimming :-) Its great to see Jungkook swims too even though he admitted he is not the biggest fan of it 🙂Jungkook´s boxing sessions were delightful, you can see how he improves not only his physical stamina but also how he gets way more assertive :-)

JK is a work out monster, for sure. Apparently, the rest of them are turning into that as well - Jimin and RM especially (from what we've been shown anyway). I never liked boxing much because of the damage it does to ones face and brain in professional boxing anyway. I'd never want anything to damage Jungkook's handsome face. If it stays with the trainer and pads, that's okay and great defense and exercise.

Every time I see them working out I am always so impressed. I am always telling myself that I need to work out too..haha now I need to put action to words...haha

15:11 this is one of my favorite clips bc jungkook working out is so controlled, composed but in this one as he hits his last one he yells bc he was successful in this really intense workout…. It’s why I love seeing his yell of excitement for doing what he was trying to do! This is what I love about jungkook…. If he does something he wants to respect whatever it is by doing it properly… or discovering just how to do it in a way that is a bit of understanding. Make small goals when it comes to food shiki!!! Same with working out… setting small goals you can achieve with ease and building on that will benefit you bc it’s a lot easier to get off track if your goals seem too far away. Just a thought… and just think of it as a health thing… nothing tastes as good as healthy and your goals will feel…. Find motivation in whatever works for you honestly…. You can absolutely do it and wholeheartedly believe in you!!! You can do it!!!! 💜
