Spaghetti alle vongole

Very popular in Rome this dish originated in Naples and is a staple in Italian dish. It can be cooked in two ways Bianco, with white wine with oil, garlic, and parsley, or Rosso with tomatoes and fresh basil. This is a family recipe from my aunt in Rome.
