But, never forget when a German European is another race from a British European! Seemingly, these kinds of things,will never change. It's amazing how certain genes become prevalent after such a long time. My complexion comes from my grandmother's side of the family. Her father, my great-grandfather was European. He married my great-grandmother (black) when she was 16 and he was in his mid-60s. Talk about pedophile! That was how they did it back then though. I did a DNA ancestry and am indeed mixed with European and sub-Saharan African descent. Pretty fascinating and just like Alex haley, it has me wanting to learn more about my family history. Especially because my immediate family is not very big and I don't have any information really about my father's side of the family at all. Who knows? This happened in my family... Both my parents are dark skinned Nigerians and out of all four of their children, my brother, the first born, is very light skinned... No-one really knows 100% where it came from. We just assumed it was a throwback from somewhere way back whenever in the days when Nigeria was a British colony. Questions were asked, but no-one, (for whatever reason, God forbid), wants to say anything... Anyway, my brother's complexion was never an issue to us growing up, although I often wandered how he really felt deep down inside.
Same thing happened in my family. 5 of us have my dads color but my sister is really light skin well the reason was was because moms mother kept a little secret. My mothers father was white! But growing up we were just sisters we never focused on why we had different skin colors

I am a Black woman who have seen a Black Child born of 2 black parents with ocean blue eyes. sometimes this goes way back to generations unknown. we are made by an Amazing God. He is Awesome.

The video clearly explains this husband and wife are British nationals of African descent, living in England with their children, yet still calls the kids African American. I was also told that I had two black parents, even though I looked nothing like my siblings. I also felt treated differently and out of place, yet it was shoved down my throat that I was black! Fast forward to higher tech dna I had me and my children tested. Turned out I have a completely different father who is 100% European. Then all of the skeletons started falling. Check out my dna stories on my channel, and my daughters as well. Truth heals and the sooner the better for the least trauma to the poor children involved.

I knew a family years ago, the mom was biracial and dad white. Mom looked like her Ghanian father. First child of this couple looked like mom, the second child looked mixed, but the youngest child looked like her German maternal grandmother, blond, blue eyed and pale. Whenever the mom went out with her children people both black and white would ask her if she was the youngest child's mother.
