at the end when he says oh what i wouldnt give away to be your shelter and keep you safe... gives me goosebumps but the pictures that shows the love and passion i love it this will always be a fave song of mine.
I think the live performance was just wow - with the effective use of Pyro and Light. Deserving winners definetly!

One of my favorite winners. This song just...flows for me. I really like it. And their performance was classy. Maybe not the best voices, but come on, people wanted Eric Saade to win and he can't sing to save his life. -_-
I really liked the fire rain in their performance. It was showing Azerbaijan, but it was made in a classy style.

For those of you saying Azerbaijan shouldn't be in Eurovision coz it's "not in Europe", first of all, a small part of it IS in Europe, second of all, it's in the EBU, meaning it has every right to participate. After all, Armenia, Israel, Morocco, etc can participate in Eurovision, so why not Azerbaijan?

3) Azerbaijan participates in other European competitions (UEFA competitions, etc)

This was by far the best song. So a well-deserved win for sure. Perhaps it will be good for Azerbaijan too, with regard to human rights. All eyes will be on Baku next year, after all. I also really enjoyed Sweden's contribution, mind.

-Part of Azerbaijan IS in Europe
-Azerbaijan is in the EBU, meaning it has every right to participate in Eurovision, even if it is not in Europe (Armenia and Israel are not in Europe either. Hell, even Morocco participated once).

Actually, if you look at a lot of the comments, people are complaining about Azerbaijan "not being Europe." As for the ones who are mad that Azerbaijan won, and Sweden didn't, they don't have to be such jerks about it.

Let's all admit the fact that we want Eric Saade to win the title because of his good look. But, if we will get deep into the essence of the competition we will all understand that it is not all about the good looks but the meaning and sense of the song, and Azerbaijan's got it :)

Not my first choice but I'm happy for them. Every year nobody likes the winning entry and the same will probably happen again this year. People complaining about the winners and how they don't deserve it. I think you need to accept the fact that they won and that it's not going to change. If you don't like the people who won or the voting system, don't vote, don't watch it and take your negativity somewhere else. Simple.

wow, this song is not bad at all... and there is no excuse for the rude and racist comments about these lovely artists and their country. I would like to hope that the majority of Europeans are tolerant and kind people, and do not think the same way as some of the comments here.

Eric Saade's Fanclub: Stop being sore losers and accept the fact that Azerbaijan won.
People complaining about Azerbaijan being a "Muslim" country, it's not, it's a secular country (like Turkey) and the 6th least religious in the world. The vast majority of Azerbaijan's population are Muslims in name ONLY.
Speaking as a Scot, I think this song is fantastic, deserved the win by far.
