This was from our Christmas 2021 cruise on the Odyssey of the Seas.

Love the modern look of the cabin and the ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking! Excellent work on the cabin tour with helpful information as always- thanks!💝👏🙂
Our pleasure- it was a really nice room! Thanks so much for watching & commenting as always! 😊
Love your delivery, nice chill music and no jibber jabber, just useful info...thanks so much! Very Thoughtful! As to the air conditioner, if you leave some kind of plastic card such as an insurance card or calling card in the slot when you go out, it will keep the air on...just a hint.
Thank you so much- glad it was helpful! 🙂 We actually did try that but it didn't work consistently. Seems that were was some sort of motion sensing occupancy sensor but I'm not 100% sure. Very nice cabin otherwise!
VERY helpful video. We will be on Odyssey 12/3/2022-12/11/2022. I’m glad I found this video….thanks for posting!
Our pleasure- have a wonderful cruise aboard the Odyssey! 🙂
Very thorough and informative. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful- thanks for the comment! 😊
Best stateroom tour I’ve seen! Love the balcony views!
Thank you so much! 😊 Those were some nice views for sure!
I agree!
Excellent tour - I’ve never actually made it onto this ship, but it looks beautiful. Also, those views are to die for!
Thank you so much! 😊
Nice to see that you are back with your cruise videos.
Thanks- more to come! 😃
This ship seems to be incredibly well thought through, including the cabins. Thanks for the tour!
Our pleasure- thanks for the comment!
I agree - I thought exactly the same - it’s so good to see a ship that’s been done so well!
Hi guys! Thanks for the tour. We will be sailing Nov.19-25. This tour has given us a sneak peak at the kind of cabin we've booked.
Our pleasure- enjoy your cabin and have a wonderful cruise in just a month from now!🙂
I'm going on this ship for my VERY first cruise EVER in my LIFE!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
That's so exciting- have a wonderful first cruise!
VERY nice video. Like the fadeout to next view. Well done!
Thank you very much! 😊
1:12 AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA I KNEW YOU WOULD DO IT!!!!!!
Since you forgot it he last 2 times 🤦♀️😂
I was.. like.. "bruh hes gonna do it... IS HEGONNA DO IT?!?!?!?!!?"
😂😂😂😂
Edit 21/01 20.00 : but.... you.. forgot the sink? 🤔😂
Lol yes forgot about the sink lol 😁
@@TravelTouristVideos lmao
Looked like a nice room. Thanks and take care.
It was! Thanks for watching & commenting as always 😊
That ship is so incredible including the cabins. I’m ready for this trip after this pandemic is gone.
It really is- have a great time!
@@TravelTouristVideos yes that’s what I’m talking about. Thank you
Thank you for the cabin tour. Great video. Very informative. We will be on that ship, same deck in Aug for a Mediterranean cruise. I am worried about the noise level now. :)
Our pleasure- thanks for the comment! 😊 It was a Christmas cruise for us & there were many kids on winter break on the ship, but hopefully for your cruise it will be quieter. Have a wonderful time!
Nice review. Here's a tip for you a folded up piece of paper works in the slot that keeps the AC and lights working you don't have to use your room key card. We always turned our lights off but kept that AC going when we left the room because we return to the room multiple times during the day and evening and a hot room is no good!
Thank you! We actually tried using a credit card but it didn't seem to work- it seemed to sense occupancy another way. But maybe we didn't do it right.
Thanks for sharing beautiful cruise ship video 👌👌👌
It's our pleasure- thank you for commenting! 😊
Nice video
Love from 🇮🇳
Thank you very much! 😊
That was a nice room
Agree 100%!
Thanks for sharing. I do have a question. The bed that your son slept on, was it an actual mattress of some sort or did they place sheets over the sofa seat? In footage it looked like a mattress, but then the footage where he sleeps it seems to be just covers on top of the sofa seat.
You bet! It was just sheets and the comforter. He thought it was pretty comfortable and slept well on it.
Good morning Joann and David, what we liked from your video was the rounded shower enclosure, lots of storage and your son's bed how it opened up. As for the A/C, other vloggers/subscribers have said about putting another credit card size card in the slot to keep it on. Would that have worked? And I'm surprised by looking at the deck 11 plans where you were about hallway noise. And Jill didn't like the darker blue wall. Another good video. Hi from Bob and Jill in Connecticut
Bruh how you know their name.. you sussy 👀
Hi Bob & Jill- thanks! We liked many aspects of it as well. We did try the credit card method but there seems to be a room occupancy sensor which seemed to take a while before noticing someone is inside. Stay warm and thanks again for the comment! 😊
Thanks for the room tour. We're due to sail on this ship in a few months. Would you say the bed your son slept on is able to accommodate my son whose 6ft 4"?
You're very welcome! Our son is only about 5'2", so your son at 6'4" would probably have his legs on top of the sofa arm which might be uncomfortable.
Hi, can water shoes be worn on the water slides? We’ll be on Harmony later this month and plan to book Odyssey next year. The sofa bed looks quite tiny. Thanks for the video!
You sure can! Water shoes are a great idea too for some of the excursions too. Have an wonderful cruise on the Harmony! 🙂
Nice detail video as always. Do you recall if they have an outlet in the bathroom? I'm asking because I'm thinking of bringing a night light to plug into the outlet
Thank you! 😊 Yup there was an outlet in the bathroom- it's at the upper right when you face the mirror. It's for shavers but you can plug a night light too.
@@TravelTouristVideos thanks so much
Our pleasure as always! 🙂
Nice video, very informative and clear. Am curious as we are going to take this Cruise soon(just like you, 3 ppl). Can the sofa bed pull out to make it wider or it has to be a single bed ?
Thank you ! 🙂 I don't think it can be made wider since the room is only for 3 guests, but it's possible. You can ask the room steward and they might be able to make it wider. Have a wonderful cruise on the Odyssey!
@@TravelTouristVideos Thank you so much!
I noticed she get to American but only one British plug in the cabin there that's why people try to bring surge strips onto the ship
Impressive for a balcony, but defiantly steps above when in a junior suite that we are currently staying in on the Odyssey.
Nice! Hope we get to try out a Jr Suite or Suite one day!
You guys must be very close to becoming a pinnacle member that means you get the upgraded toiletries in your stateroom no matter which one you choose have an excellent Christmas Cruise
We wish! We're "just" Platinum- not even quite Emerald yet!
@@TravelTouristVideos so who can you slip a c note to to get a pinnacle membership
Thousands of "c notes" I would imagine in order to book the number of cruises to reach 700 nights for Pinnacle Club 😁
@@TravelTouristVideos all you have to do is find one corrupt Royal Caribbean employee who has access to the computer to be able to alter the information that's all you need and you'd be surprised how cheaply you can buy one out but I do love your videos why don't you ever show the husband eating food or just the husband eat like a pig eating food so that's why you only show your wife eating the food cuz she does it so gracefully and so elegantly
Lol yeah sometimes I do eat like a pig 😁 But I'm the designated videographer and my wife, who enjoys food more, is the taster, and she does do it gracefully & elegantly as you described. Thank you! 😊
Wow, RCL is really nickel and diming passengers for things that used to be included: delivery fee for the American breakfast, $11.95 per movie. Do you know if HAL is doing that? It appears the all-inclusive aspect of cruising is an endangered species.
Yeah some cruise lines are more aggressive than others in moving away from the all-inclusive aspect. HAL does not charge (for now) the room service or the in-room movies. Royal did make all the movies free after our itinerary was drastically altered, but the $11.95 regular price was kind of high for sure.
I noticed this too on my MSC cruise last summer - there were SO MANY option extras that it was becoming similar to a low cost airline haha
@@TravelTouristVideos the cruise lines have to be very careful. There are all-inclusive options out there and we can vote with our $$.
Hello, the water slide in Coco Cay is it free? Also do they have an minimun height? 😅 thank you!!
Sure thing! The super tall water slide does cost extra, and I do believe there's a minimum height.
@@TravelTouristVideos Is that very expensive for the day? 2 adults and 2 kids under 10? Do you remember the minimum height for the kid? Thank you!
It's certainly not cheap- depending on the cruise it usually ranges from $80 to $130 per person for the water park. But lots of fun without paying as well from our experience. You can check out the prices for your cruise here: www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/how-much-does-perfect-day-at-cococay-cost
@@TravelTouristVideos Is there a period that is cold, we are planning the trip with Royal Caraibbean and need lot's of information before booking 😅
Buonasera , scusi ,il divano è un letto a castello??
Nessun letto a castello si piegherebbe dal muro e richiederebbe una scala per salire.
Im first 🙋🏼♀️
Yes you are- thanks for the comment as always! 🙂
@@TravelTouristVideos no problem
Where did you keep your luggage?
Under the bed, though we only use carry on size luggage. If they don't fit you can fit a large one usually in the cabinet.
Hi, do they provide hair dryer in the room?
They sure do- if you don't see it, the room steward will get you one.
@@TravelTouristVideos Thanks! We will be on our first cruise this December!
Nice! Have a wonderful first cruise!
Did you experience any motor sick?
Nope- the big ships like the Odyssey are very stable. But you can always bring motion-sickness meds just in case.
I wonder how much it cost 🇹🇹🇹🇹
This was during high season and was about $150 per person per night before taxes.
Happy voyage tour; invite me please dear friends/ guys...
