"Kick her groupie ass out the window and let that hoe stargaze from outside."
Quite possibly one of Riley's better lines and honestly Tom should because Sarah is awful.
She's definitely in the wrong but it does also show tht this marriage was in trouble from the start.
@@piusdoe8984 thats when you hit the bitch.
@@piusdoe8984and she didn’t say anything from the start. Just let Tom stay in his delusions
@@piusdoe8984 She liked him when he was taken over by Stinkmeaner. She shouldn't have married him if she felt he was so boring.
Sometimes, I think Sarah deserves better Tom because his low self-esteem and insecurities always gets on her nerves. Maybe A Pimp Named Slickback was right to tell Tom to let her go.
“Did you know that at least 75% of b*****s suffers from some kind of hearing loss?”

Yooooooo😂😂😂
😂yall terrible
Nahhhh
Tom sang it better than usher did but everybody hating cause he’s a regular dude and not usher😂
Bruh EXACTLY!
i was looking for this comment 🤣🤣🤣
I think the person you’re referring to is one of the writers for the show if I recall correctly. His name was Carl Jones. He said that him and his wife at the time, now ex wife, went out to eat and this happened to him. He ended being the one voicing the waiters voice that said “wouldn’t let that happen to me thooouuugh” lmao.
Wasn’t just him and his wife have dinner. Aaron McGruder was there too. When it happened Aaron said “Well you know this is going to be in the show now right?”
He is the voice actor of Thugnificant.
The idea behind Sarah and Tom is that
Sarah got with a black guy expecting the stereotypical black guy type thing. She was expecting to marry an adult Riley and get the "cool black guy" experience. However as stated by Huey "Tom Dubois was the furthest from a nigga a black man could be" so Sarah is bored with Tom for being the opposite of the stereotype she fetishizes
Finally! Someone had to say it. Thank you for articulating your opinion on this issue.
That is definitley the subtext I felt here 😅
Thank you , which is why I dont know why chris who apparently loves and watches the show doesn't understand . His name is litterally called Tom for uncle tom . Which is why for that one episode when tom get possessed by that one guy sarah treats him compeletely different and wants him bad
Along with tom being successful as well . she wants her cake and to eat it too. She wants someone "hood" but doesnt want the hood life
Let this be a lesson to the young black males: Don't get into a relationship with someone who wants to fetishize you. They don't love you for yourself, they love the stereotype you represent.
this episode exposes the true nature of what Sarah represents on this show. She represents the female population of white women who date only black men as more of a fetish than of love. She's what society would label as a "M*d Shark". Which explains why she tolerates Tom but will openly flirt with Usher.
Yea she’s basically the stereotypical liberal white woman
Nah, Tom went too far but Sarah was outta pocket, especially since that was their anniversary dinner. I could understand Tom being upset. Also, the whole Sarah being "unsatisfied" argument is one of the main excuses for people who cheat. I'm not saying she's a cheater but, knowing this show, she DEFINITELY would've let Usher smash and then try to justify it.
She Cheated on him later on with Obama.
The crazy thing is this isn't the LAST time this happened with Sarah. Just wait for Season 4.
@@99thJediWarrior yeah Sarah gets worst AND worst about this

Cant lie, this episode made me absolutely hate Sarah(as fine as she is lmao). You can tell Tom is a genuinely good dude but bro gotta put his foot down🤣

Funny but I don’t think it makes top 10 funniest episodes
Sarah was so wrong. Nobody is addressing the fact Jazmine was under the impression that Usher was gonna be her new daddy… now why would she think that unless Sarah said something that made her think that ? …. Tom should have let that ho stargaze from outside !!
Because Jazimine is an impressionable child and her dad was insecure about his relationship with his wife and she picked up on that, the same way everyone else did in this episode.
@@lpreactions565 I have to say thank you for this reply i wouldnt have seen the other two without it because... youtube doesnt notify you to every reply you get. And i do other things than staying and refreshing a computer for a reply. However i did reply to both of those comment if that is what you want. @@StazzyP he's a troll, just ignore him 😂
Classic Episode!!!!! Sarah did go a little overboard, and said Tom was insecure. The difference between this and Keke Palmer is, that was a girls night out and It was her having fun. Tom and Sarah were celebrating their anniversary and having a dinner. It was just those two talking with Tom just sitting there for a while, without acknowledging him, that's where Tom feels disrespected.
She can have fun and not grind on Usher
@@TribalCheif-ku4vnShe can also not get beat.
Tom was celebrating their anniversary. Sarah was enduring it. People gotta learn that just because someone is nice doesn't mean they're good. Tom's nice but we can clearly see he's the only one getting what he wants from the relationship... until this moment.

@@telldetruth9259Doesnt matter, hes an abuser.
Aged badly
They all agreed with Sarah's behavior the fuck? If the men on that couch (yes I only mention the men because the women are going to defend it by default) were put in Tom's shoes for just the dinner scene alone they would feel very differently about the situation. It's funny they favor the power dynamic when women have it (i.e celebrity status or high earner status) but if we're going by the show Tom is obviously the breadwinner in the household so therefore he should be in the driving seat right? Right? You know exactly why they would disagree with this assertion, something, something, patriarchy word salad.
By your logic all the Men should agree with Tom by default, but they dont. And as a man myself i also dont. Tom was insecure in his own identity and his relationship. Sarah could have included him in the conversation more, but he never chooses to engage. Sarah and Usher's conversation was just one of a fan talking to a celeb, nothing more and nothing less. What they were talking about was only about his singing and career. The end of the episode itself proves as such by showing she was setting a meet for their daughter Jazmine who is a fan. Also no a breadwinner despite their gender does not determine the autonomy of their partner and who their partner can or can not talk to.
@@lpreactions565 1, She says this tom, tom himself doesnt introduce himself as her husband, nor Sarah as his wife. And asked how are you by Usher Tom says nothing. If Tom wanted to express his feelings he more than could have but didnt. 2. That's actually not you here them having fun and talking, but that's it. 3, It's almost like(and i know you have a hard time with simple concepts so this might be a shock) Usher is a professional singer and can singer better than tom. So when he does, sarah is not the only one to clap but the entire establishment claps because he sings well. And as i stated elsewhere to another reply you made, people can call people like babe, honey, sweetie etc. without it having an inherent sexual connotation, it's a matter of time and place. Much like yourself and the demeanor you present Tom was always insecure in his identity, this episode was not the first to display as such and it wont be the last. Anything else?
@darryljack6612 Always some simp with no profile pic to the rescue but knowing damn well your cuck ass wouldn't put up with your girl flirting with a celebrity and if you do you don't have the right to bitch and complain.
@darryljack6612 For the WHOLE of their anniversary talking to usher... nah couldn't be me.
And hey, I agree men need to loosen up and not be too insecure in relationships- but you know damn well if the roles were reversed many people would switch up tone in today's society.
We live in an age where being openly disrespectful to a man is a cool thing. It’s considered empowering. That’s why the women and the cucks on the couch are okay with it lol

Just to be clear it's possible to say Sarah is in the wrong, but not agree with A Pimp Named Slick Back. Its Mad disrespectful to flirt in front of your partner like that Man or Woman. But you cant allow it to happen and nut up later on afterward.
PS: I believe its fine to be starstruck with your favorite celebrity. Hell I would want my gf to enjoy that moment get a hug and a picture, but thats not the same as flirting on and on
Thank you for saying this. It should be obvious, but given the amount of people who fall for redpill-type guys, it still needs to be said.
It took some doing from the Normies to be almost as wrong as Slickback, by the way. But the latter obviously still takes the cake because he's abusive as hell. Sad to see some (at least not a lot) of people agreeing with him.

Co producer and voice actor Carl Jones is the inspiration for this episode, He voiced the waiter that said " wouldn't let that shit happen to me thoooo" But it did happen to him🤣🤣🤣
The episode " Tom, Sarah, and Usher" from The Boondocks is excellent. It also features some of the show's best animation and voice acting.
The show's creators, Aaron McGruder and Reginald Hudlin were able to use humor to make essential points about race, class, and politics. They were also able to create characters that were both funny and relatable.
The animation in this show is awe-inspiring. It's among the top-notch in the industry and adds a lot of value to this particular episode.
The acting in this show is top-notch. The voice actors shine, bringing the characters to life in a hilarious and relatable manner.
I suggest giving "Tom, Sarah, and Usher" a watch if you haven't already. It perfectly captures The Boondocks' essence and is entertaining and informative.

Another comment said it and y'all liked it but just to say again.
One of the creators of the show's wife actually did that to him when they were having a lunch out and Usher walked in. Thats why they made the episode. The creator it happened to voiced the waiter who said "Wouldn't let that happen to me though"
One of the absolute best episodes in the series. Genuine classic.
Usher been stealing people's girls since the 90s!😂 Also the fact that this was a true story that the guy who wrote this episode went through with his ex-wife is wild! 😂 I also forgot the voice actor who said "wouldn't let that shit happen to me though" is also the dude who wrote this episode!😂
Aside from Huey, non of these characters are supposed to be taken seriously; they're all spoofs and criticism of society. Sarah is the stereotype of a white woman only married to a black man because she fetishizes them to be: a thug (later in the show 👀), being like usher, or assimilating to 'whiteness' (Tom). Overall the point of her and Tom's relationship is to criticize the fetishisms that CAN HAPPEN in interracial dating/relationships.
As for A Pimp Named Slickback's and Tom's methods of "handling" women; this is straight up opposite ends of healthy communication and self confidence, especially with American men (fyi both of them are wrong). You're not doing good if you agree or behave like them 🚫‼️🚫
You shouldn't have to hit your wife and you should be able to explain to her when you feel uncomfortable.
The fact this episode, one, is based off a true story, and two, still holds true today considering the whole Keke Palmer thing, is simultaneously hilarious and weird.
All Tom should've told her was "Baby you gotta be careful with Usher.. you know he got that new ebola" 😂
This episode was inspired by a true story. And the voice actor in the restaurant scene who said "wouldnt let that shit happen to me tho* is the creator or writer of the show, and that's who it actually happened to.
"Talking Tom" episode is one of my favorites. xD
"Kick her groupie ass out the window and let that hoe stargaze from outside"
The one time I loved what Riley said.
Damn, I miss this show! What a phenomenal series!
Fun Fact
This episode was based on an actual event that happened between the writer Carl Jones and his ex wife while they were at dinner when they ran into Usher. The reaction that Sarah had was exactly the same way Carl ex wife had when she approached Usher at a restaurant. Watch the DJ Vlad interview with Carl Jones about the situation and episode.
What made it even more hilarious is the waiter who said "wouldn't let that shit happen to me thooo" was voiced by Carl

From an objective standpoint: Both Tom and Sarah handled the situation badly. Sarah should be giving Tom her full attention, especially since it was their anniversary. Tom should have put his foot down, and communicate that her behaviour was inappropriate and crossed boundaries.
However, people defending Sarah's actions is giving 🚩🚩🚩.
They should consider ethical non-monogamy or just break up.
19:04 The person who plays Usher is Affion Crockett
I was disappointed in this reaction. It’s really not incel or red pill or sexist to say that what Sarah did, even if it was Usher, was unacceptable. I’m disappointed that none of the women here tried to see things from a different perspective.
But if it was rihanna and tom instead....
No brown man simping over a celebrity wtf
Taking marital advice from a pimp is bad as stale bread.
6:09 out of all the things Ruckus has said, he lowkey speaking facts right here.
I lose it every time Tom sings the "When I'm hurtin baby, I ain't happy baby" part of Let It Burn lol.
Tom's an inversion of the stereotype - in place of a domestically abusive, absentee father you have a thoroughly whipped man who tries to be a good husband and father but whose circumstances bring him no end of suffering.
In both situations, the communal advice sucks and your family would vastly prefer you were a complete inversion of yourself.
I like how two "grown ass adults" can NOT royally fuck up in their dealings with each other in a relationship without it being one persons fault over the other. 🙄 "It's Sarah's fault, she out of pocket" "It's Tom's fault, he handled it all wrong", no, its Societies Fault for brainwashing y'all mf'ers into thinking it's Perfection or Nothing. They both screwed up. They both need to take steps to fix the relationship. Or there will be no relationship. If you think either one was in the right, you wrong.
Comment section triggered me, sorry...
4:07 now I know where the meme came from 😂😂😂😂😂
I feel so analog since I don’t know many celebrities.
Thank god I know Usher but his songs? Just the thong song.
From my perspective, beyond my partner, I cannot imagine anyone being so interesting to act like Sarah.
I’m thinking of Sisko.
Heard the phrase LA VIDA LOCA was enough for him to never get paid. Any royalties going to him but that other dude.
Fuck that. Isn’t even the same song
A Classic. Also, Sara is in the wrong.
I swear AT LEAST the first 10 episodes will be the best shows you will ever seen be aired on TV
If you haven't seen a lot of TV.
This episode and this reaction is a lot of things
Tom - I think anyone would feel disrespected if their spouse (especially on their anniversary) spent the entire night talking to someone else (even if it is a celebrity). But it’s clear (throughout the show) he has a lot of insecurities, what he needs are married friends and maybe some classes). He does need better listening skills though because it’s clear that Sarah isn’t happy and he’s oblivious to it.
Sarah - This girl is equally as a mess as Tom but in a different manner. She has a fetish for black men. Which is seen here with Usher and later Obama and Pretty Boy. But she doesn’t want the hood life which is why she ended up with Tom. In short she wants the adult Riley Treatment but not the fast life that comes with it. Which gets worse as the show goes on. She needs better communication skills because later in the show she admits she doesn’t know what she wants but desires Tom to take control even though she and everyone else knows that simply isn’t in his nature.
Their Marriage: Honestly who knows how they got together but it’s clear that they’re both hypocrites who refuse to listen to the other side and honestly they deserve each other.
The Couch: I know that the girls were going to take Sarah’s side by default but I thought the guys would be able to see how Sarah is much as a problem as Tom was. But they put the entire blame on Tom which I guess is the easy thing to do since Men not being able to preform has always been a laughing point and since Tom himself is that punching bag of the show. Still it’s clear they both have issues, even if Sarah wanted Jasmine to meet Usher, you don’t ignore your spouse the whole night and flirt with others because at that point it proves you don’t love your spouse anymore (who knows might be the case with her). Also “You’re just KeKe bf who are you?” Is a bad take. I admit him blasting her on social media was an immature move but just because your partner is a celebrity doesn’t mean you have no say. If the roles were reversed the couch would be furious.
Extra Note: what’s up with people’s obsession with celebrities. Yes they are talented but they’re not gods, just individuals who probably have done some f’ed things to themselves or others to get to where they now. Celebrity obsession is just so cringe.
"Wouldn't let that shit happen to me though"
