    My favorite thing to do when I’m stressed out or have something on my mind is to color! I just started to color in my coloring book everyday. That’s actually one goal I do everyday, to color at least one page from the coloring book. I feel like it’s helped me a lot and I now am going to start to read again. I used to read A LOT when I was younger but now I don’t really anymore. That’s going to be one of my other goals in a day too.

    Here are a few self care challenges that I challenge you to do!
    1) Take a walk every day for a month. After that, you will feel so much more relaxed and happy.
    2) Spend a whole day without your phone or computer. The benefits will show themselves, I promise ♥️
    3) Join a new activity club! (I tried knitting and it's so relaxing like I had no idea 😍)

    I have sleeping problems. I was Diagnosed with this thing that when I’m asleep I’m crying and Screaming. But I don’t see anything or feel anything, it’s very weird. It started when I was 3 years old- and I need to listen to something soft and musical to fall asleep.

      Tatjana C I get loads of home work too, I have a time table and take 3 hours through out the night/day, I make sure that I eat first before I do homework, after I do that I treat myself to a snack and a bath doing the things that I love for 1 hour, then if I have anymore homework then I will do it, this helps loads! Hope it helps you

    Natalie you help me so much, my life was all about the internet, I started writing cards for people that are my friends and I felt a lot closer to them after and it made me feel good. With your video how to wake up early when I do wake up early now I feel so fresh I’m just like wow I wokup at 5am I can have more time to be with my self and love ❤️ my self.     I have panic disorder and ptsd and I love reading.
    I recently found a great book that really helps.
    It's called calm and it's by Fearne Cotton.
    Reading at least 3 pages a day and watching Natalie has all in all reduced stress a lot- thanks for all you do Natalie ☺️💖

    On a one from 10, my stress level is 9. This might not help other people, but when I’m stressed, I LOVE cleaning.
    I also love doing a self spa, like taking a bath, doing a face mask and lotion, and doing my nails. I have a bunch, so I will make a list!
    -Playing with a pet
    -Reading a book
    -Turning on mood lights and put on relaxing music
    -Have a dance party with great music
    -Letting my thoughts out (ex: writing in a diary)
    -Taking a walk

    this is how i calm down
    get markers or coloring pencils u know colors and some paper
    draw a random life while doing that know that each line is a problem and your letting it on the paper, make it colorful, this is great when u cant stop feeling low and cant stop crying, no one may ever see it but im glad to share it anyway

    This helped me so much!! My mom and dad surprised me with a trip to Florida, Orlando (Disneyworld). They are really proud of me for all my hard work in school and I have been wanting to go for a long time!!

    8/10 ......I have like never experienced stress cuz I'm 12 this year but when this pandemic hits its literally killing me cuz I need to make time for like exercise revising tuition class school friends sleep games and it alot .......so thanks 4 making this video it really help me.......thank you
