2006 Ram 1500 Key does not turn in ignition

This ignition lock cylinder was really jammed up by the time the customer contacted me. Luckily I didn't have to drill the lock out and was able to get it to turn with a little bit of extra persuasion... I didn't go over removing the ignition column covers as they're just held in with 3 torx screws from below.
