I'm with everyone else who loved this. Nancy's choreography is something else.
She said " You want to play?", he said "Bring it on. You don't scare me." đ

This was completely different to all the other Charlestons Iâve seen in the past. Itâs one of those âmarmiteâ things, you either like it or you donât, and I actually really LOVED IT, it worked for me. Will nailed every move, his swivel action was brilliant, his free arm needed a bit of work, but IMPRESSIVE đđ»đđ»đđ»
Only thing i didn't like was the music choice , but yeah the routine was good .
It's tradition to come back to this once in a while
One of the best charlestons there's ever been on Strictly
WOOOWWW!! Will and Nancy absolutely SMASHED that Charleston!! Fun filled energetic dance. đ
I think Will is going to win , i wasn't a fan of the music choice but decent routine full of moves đ.
She always got privilege
Her dances canve messy sorry
Sgd good but doesn't trains professionals
@@gemstar7286 I personally think Hamza is going to win, itâs based on fan favs and judge favs
@@laylaaaa161 Possibly ,he does seem very popular.
@@gemstar7286 - I didn't like the artist, who ruined it, but the original version is excellent and a classic 'oldie'. I'll tip Will or Hamza.
I truly loved this, and it feels like this is the breakthrough I've been waiting for from Will. I knew he could be amazing and recently he's been somewhere between average-great on the scale, but I can well and truly say I found this dance amazing! The music doesn't scream charleston so they did something different with it while keeping the fundamentals there - it really worked! đđŒ
At 1:08 Will spins while holding Nancy's hand as she jumps in the air. Perfect timing!
This is so clever and will stick in the memory. The fact it was done with such aâdonât really careâ attitude when it was so technical. I know I will keep come back to this for years to come.
Great choreography from Nancy, absolutely loved it
38 so well deserved!! Such a good pairing đ€© Wills best dance for sure, I'm shocked they didn't get a 10 !!
How could they get 38 without a 10?
Dynamic, stylish, swivel on point, this was an incredible Charleston! The one thing I want Will to think about now is attention to precise details. For example, in the beginning, Will places his hands in his pocket, while Nancy's are on her front. Make them match!! 9
So good and a well deserved top of the leader board for me tonight! Jumping off my sofa at this innovative and unique dance performed so well!
It certainly was unique.... didn't think it was going to be my cup of tea when the music first started...but it was great.... so much swivel and it all just looked so clean and precise...good on them!
@@deltafay1981 I'm a huge Kulashaker fan so this was right up my street!
Well, usually I like a traditional Charleston with traditional music, and usually Iâm not a Will fan, but the energy he kept in this was amazing! Very enjoyable.
Wowwww. That was really the best ever Charleston by Will & Nancy was absolutely fantastic and amazing ever. Got my votes. Will and Nancy will absolutely win the final.đđđ€Œââïžđđ
Why is it that I can't stop watching this??! Out of all the dances I've seen on Strictly, this one looks so much fun, yet so professionally done. Thank you for this, Will and Nancy!
Oh, now this is really good! Will actually bringing the skill we know he's got potential for! This is his best Latin dance since the Jive. Very dynamic. Really brought that cool character. Loved it!
Charleston isnât âLatinâ itâs considered a âspecialty danceâ
Me too

This choreography was insane! He did so good to keep up with that! Just slightly more in sync and it would've been straight tens.
Loved this song choice and choreography!!! A suave, stylish take on a Charleston
Absolutely brilliant Will! The best Charleston ever. Heâs my favourite and I hope he wins â€
Itâs different, and thatâs what I liked. Gotta keep giving us modern day routines.
Wasnât keen on the music choice but they really made it work. Loved their dance last week and this is my favourite this week. Great fun!
Same ... it's not the first time Will has had odd music for a dance. But yeah was a decent Charleston .
Loved this! Best dance of the night
He smashed that dance! Brilliant!
I LOVED THIS!! Not all Charlestons have to be 1920s flapper-inspired. Fun and cool
Wow amazing performance well done Nancy and will
I really enjoyed this charleston, very different but very good. Will and Nancy always make me smile đ
That was fantastic! đ€©
absolutely incredible!!!!!!! such high energy, yet precise movements!
Such fun and Will's best dance.
well that was bloody fantastic!
This was a really cool routine!!!!
That was wonderful!!! đ€©
Good choreography and lots of energy!
This was so amazing. I rarely rewatch any routines but came to find this one and watched it three times in a row, haha. Only time I did that before was John&Johannes' paso doble last year. So darned fun, this!
This was just truly amazing. It puts a smile right on my face
My biggest smile of the night and thats for sure! Well done :)
Amazinggggg love the Charlton these two are magic best of luck âïžđđđđ
Best dance of the night I felt xx

Loved the slow motion run! Cool!
Fresh and funky! I loved this different take on the Charleston. I loved it and think this is one of Will's top dances! Not as good as the jive performance for me, but an amazing dance! For me, i can't help but feel like there could be more oomph and purpose given to his dance moves, i realise he is giving it his all, but i am greedy, i need a notch more! But obviously, it was amazing all the same! 9 from me đ
Will is my favorite dancer đș so talented & humble yaaaaasssss â€
I loved it, amazing :)
Woo hoo best Charleston of the series 10
Amazing dance xx
Absolutely brilliant đ đđđ
Loved it
Wow, well done!
Some of Nancy's moves really reminded me of Alex Scott and Neil's amazing Charleston to Pump Up the Jam. Both good dances.
Strictly Come Dancing Week Ten
firstly sad Kym and Graziano couldn't be here this Week but the most important things are heath and safety
first up tonight is Will Mellor and Nancy Xu.
I appreciate that this pairing put a lot into the technical side of things which shows.
For me this was a very modern Charleston and for my own personal tase I prefer a classic Charleston, also I feel like this Charleston felt more like a couple's choice than a Charleston and if this pairing gets to the final then I'd strongly recommend them doing this Charleston in the final.
Brilliant
This is like a Charleston version of Tron! đ
Their costumes remind me of the suits Alex and Neil wore for their Charleston. Come to think of it, so does their dance.

Love this, well done, Will and Nancy to win
Kula Shaker's version, Deep Purple's version, doesn't matter, loved the choice of music, loved the choreography, thought it was great and a lot of fun.
I would of liked more expression and excitement shown in his face but astonishing 9/10
Will to Win!

Whilst I'm in full of aggreance that this was unique and fresh. It wasn't for me I'm afraid, some free arm problems and synchronisation issues and it just didn't stand out for me, I liked the choreography and production but it just didn't massively stand out for me. Swiver was absolutely fantastic and he produced some great leg action. It had a great energy and I enjoyed the lifts and side by side which was mostly clean and well produced. I think I just want to see Will leave his heart on the floor and give it his all, I felt that in his Samba and Jive but not so much here. Technique was on point mostly but I just wanted a bigger performance and some â€. Overall I always enjoy their performances and I think they're a worthy quarter finalists :) maybe I'm just a traditional Charleston sucker?

Best dance of the night! I really enjoyed the different take on the Charleston. He did a really good swivel, which is always important, and the choreography I thought was so innovative and new, it was such a fresh take. Craig was right, his free arm does need a bit of work, but otherwise, 100% his best dance!
SICKKKKK
Nigh on identical to Neilâs Charleston he did with the lady football player a few years ago ! Even down to the costumes âŠdefinitely the sweeping of the shoulders âŠcheck it out .Very good but identical elements .
Damn I remember saying how I think will isnât going to do well on the show. Saying he will be one of the first to go⊠time to eat some humble pie đ„§
I say a 9 but overscored with those 10s
The nostalgia of a charleston turned into a couples choice routine not my cup of tea tbh but im not knocking how they danced they were very good it just did not flick my switch

Definitely one of his better performances. Great timing and swivels and I thought they partnered each other well. The problem with Will seems to be that, for all the personality he has, he doesn't quite exaggerate enough, especially for a dance like this. The moves need to be more over-the-top and flow into the next move better. He just looked a little self-aware, coming out of the lifts and at other moments throughout the routine. Not unconfident, just a little too held-back. Other than that, great job!
Score: 8
Controversial, but this was overmarkerd. Netherless, I loved the routine, it was dynamic, fun, cheeky, powerful, and it had all the character a charleston needed! We've never seen a charleston like this. Now for the negatives. Firstly, yes I agree with Craig about the free arm, it was awkward and it wasn't doing much. Also, there were many slight sync issues in the footwork, and mostly, I would've just liked to have seen more traditional charleston steps. Yes, I loved the new style for a charleston, but it had many nonsense steps which have nothing in common with this dance. But as an entertaining performance, that was perfect! And the swivel was flawless, most couples this year had lackluster swivel, but his was just amazing!
Glad he stayed in think Ellie deserved to go on the night
Not to spoil it but Ellie did go out

Excellent! Witty choreography and energetic performance. Nancy still have problems with her upper frame which makes her look like an amateur. Off to Google Will. Judging by this number he belongs in the final.
Erm, that isn't Kula Shaker's version, and originally it was by Deep Purple, so technically the title should just say, 'some random rubbish cover of 'Hush (by Deep Purple)'!

Dreadful music for a Charleston but Will did good!!
I think they made it work! It was the perfect style Charleston for Will I think, I enjoyed it
Watching it again I agree !!They mad3 it work for him!
Iâd give it a 9. Not 10 worthy. Something about Wills posture I just do not like heâs always leaning a bit and this head is always leaving forward
I love Will he was brilliant but this style of Charleston not for me music was off-putting
She seems to have a huge head for her little body. That took my attention away from the dance.
"Hush" was not written by Kula Shaker. It was written by Joe South in 1967.
