Yokosuka honors the memory of Robert Stethem

Sailors from USS Stethem and Yokosuka Naval Base gather in remembrance of Robert Dean Stethem. Petty Officer Kirk Putnam says this ceremony marks the 30th year since the US Navy Diver made the ultimate sacrifice.
