- Join us in the first part of our short visit down to the beautiful English county of Devon and visit The Milky Way Adventure Park
This is our 2nd ever time with the first visit back in June 2019 and I love this little park as it’s home to a collection of Star Wars memorabilia, the worlds only powered Caripro Batflyer and much more
This is an all round cheap day out for families as there’s loads to do including bird shows, 3 coasters, mini golf, kids play areas, small railway, hedge maze and shows……most of the park is also indoors and they allow dogs so a huge bonus for us
If you are planning on making a trip down the Devon and Cornwall then this park is a must visit plus The Big Sheep is just up the road which is also a great park, check out The Milky Way Adventure Park’s website for more information

@@Coaster_Crazy Thanks so much, it really helps to get the word out there about us little guys :) Because we're smaller we have much shorter queues, and our visitors feel like they've had a great day out - they can go on our rides again and again, plus we have the live shows and the other attractions too :)

Great vlog. Last went here in 2008, took the kids in the huge indoor play area and they encouraged adults to participate! So I had a great time going down the slides and climbing on everything and playing in the ball pit. Felt like a kid again!

I remember coming here as a kid myself, back when the indoor coaster - Ziggy's Blast Quest - used to be known as The Clone Zone. As I recall, it used to be a bit faster and had more of a space horror theme to it (think _Aliens_ or along those lines) before they added the laser guns!

Hi Andy, the train carriages were from the Treasure Island ride at Thorpe Park. It used to be sited between Thunder River (Rumba Rapids) & Thorpe Farm.
The line at Duxford started between the American Air Museum & the Land Warfare Hall & went past the hall, towards the end of the runway & looped back to the beginning. There was a branch off into the land warfare hall.

Visited once years ago, but arranged yesterday to take the kids for a visit this coming Saturday.
From what I can remember it was a bit of an odd setup,but good fun.

Really good video, really interesting and never knew this was there & existed. When you mentioned about miniature railway & about a seafront that no longer had one. There was one in mind that did recently close one down or a long time ago. Heard about it via a railways CZcams Channel. Never found out where any of it went to, but yeah got me thinking it was the same railway. To hear that the coaches on the railway were from Thorpe Park. Find that really interesting as just watched a video today which featured the old Thorpe Park train, which I believe that resort now has one? Also, does that railway at this park have a steam loco somewhere or just a diesel engine? No steam engine running alongside it? Are there any plans on park expansion or anything? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Anyways, cheers for another video, really enjoyed and yeah, really unique park. Alton Towers & UK parks should maybe consider letting dogs walk around with owners, but I guess will have to wait and see if this in future becomes a thing in all theme parks. But yeah, cheers again. look forward to your next video related to theme parks, attractions and coasters. 😀👍
I dont know how people can say Ziggys is a coaster. Its a dark ride!
It’s a powered coaster just like the Runaway Mine Train at Alton Towers however it’s a lot slower and has an interactive element which is very very rare for a coaster

Yes it’s one park I need to visit in the future, is the Ghost Train still as I think it’s the last remaining permanent one I need to ride in the UK

I never understood why Devon or Cornwall don't have a large theme park given how many people visit on Holiday.
They have several decent sized theme parks like Crealy, Camel Creek and Flambards plus a couple of smaller parks like The Milky Way and The Big Sheep also Eden Project is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the UK but yes a big theme park would do well but it would take away business for the family owned parks that are there

Mr Coaster in answer to your question 20:40 Is that unlike you, there are many bad dog owners who would bring large untrained dogs to theme parks, and the aggressive nature of both owner and dog would spoil the family atmosphere for everyone. Sad but true.
