I would love to have the issue of returning to social interactions addressed in a manner that will help adolescents retuning to school. I know some districts are going back in just a few weeks and some teens are feeling depressed or anxious because of so many changes and so much pressure. Friend groups have changed and some many not even exist any more with a change in grades that resulted in going to a new school. How can the community of parents best support them? What self-care tips can be implemented in the weeks before school begins until more resources become available?
I am starting out on my journey to med school. I have lots of questions! For example: volunteering opportunities or ideas, how to create professional relationships for references, what was your journey like with the hardships. I am working on my bachelors after being on academic probation and suspension 5 years ago. I struggle with depression and still do, but have been stable on the proper medication. I know that the odds are stacked against me, but I am so ready to learn.

I have taken the MCAT 4 times now, my science keeps improving but my CARS keeps declining. English is not my primary language and I was wondering if you can give pointers.
