Sorry for multiple comments but omg the gaslighting is horrible. During my heds diagnosis I was gaslighted so hard man. Within 3 months I learned I had fibromyalgia heds and dysautanomia lol was a lot to take in and it took forever before the fibromyalgia diagnosis then when other stuff started happening I’m like it’s not just fibromyalgia. Drs looked at me like a freaking alien for the longest time. Now I can say heds for what’s happening now and they don’t look at me like I have two heads as much now. So sorry u went thru that! I use an Apple Watch but should get one of those finger things
@@LifeOnTheSpectrumYTsorry for another comment lol but I was on the amitrypaline one. I started getting vertigo so the nuero( don’t have him anymore cuz he gaslit me on my epilepsy) took me off it. However vertigo didn’t go away so wasn’t the med. I was put on it for migraines at the time too. Sorry I just really relate to this video 😂
I was just told I have cardiac dysautanomia and can’t be diagnosed with pots or ist yet but have me treating it like pots plus on a beta blocker now thank god. Hope u can get some help for it now
So glad you have the diagnosis. Now you can hopefully do something about it. Sorry, it took so long.
I’m hoping some sort of treatment helps. Most people take even longer than me which is so sad
