Gold Medal Objectives:
● Let it Rain - Fire over 4000 bullets
● Accuracy - Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 50%
● Time - Complete within 16:00
● Collateral Damage - Cause $1,000,000 damage in Paleto Bay
This video shows how to complete all mission objectives on a single play-through, although the 100% completions are cumulative and the Gold Medal can be achieved on multiple play-throughs.

This always be one of the most epic heists out all the gta games along with 3 leaf clover. A bunch of action it ❤️
By far my favorite mission in the entire game
You know you’re dead when trevor wields a minigun in a juggernaut suit
The gas station scene where Franklin tells michael and trevor to shut the hell up when they were arguing is one of the reason why franklin is my favorite character in this game
I'd pick Chef to be the gunman for The Paleto Score, since he and Trevor know every town in Blaine County, including Paleto Bay, like the backs of their hands.
I wouldn't sacrifice Norm or Daryl for this, as they're both essential for The Big Score.
U can always pick Hugh welsh to replace Norm though :P
My favorite of all the heists in this game. The soundtrack just puts me in the mood to slaughter whoever gets on my crosshair. Although I gotta admit, it really is a tough mission for me to get straight gold on. It seems that I would always compensate accuracy when I fire those 4000 bullets and I don't know why.

For this heist, choose Norm Richards because despite being bad gunman who later dies, you will still earn more money than hiring good gunman.
Gunman's payout for this heist:
Norm Richards (10.5% - including casualty expenses)
Daryl Johns (9% - including casualty expenses)
Gustavo Mota (14%)
Packie McReary (12%)
Chef (12%)
Recommended: Norm Richards. You still get more money at the end than choosing a good gunman.
Don't choose Daryl Johns for this heist because due to him being a cheap gunman, save him for the next heists so you can get more money.

1st rule of this mission is always use Packie, he's used to the against the odds type of situation, he's the perfect choice for this robbery, and its not like M would choose one of Trevor's meth head friends or someone cheap.

I always choose Packie for this mission for the reasons you mentioned plus my GTA 4 nostalgia.
I chose Packie the first go around, when I played through the 2nd time, I used Chef.
No matter how good i shoot and well i aim i still only end up with 42 percent accuracy

The Paleto score mission is my favorite mission, and I like the part where Michael, Trevor, and Chef get all armored and it reminds me of the ending of call of duty MW3 2011 when Captain Price and Yuri get armored up to kill Makarov.
fun fact: if you stay as Franklin while inside the chicken factory, you wont lose your money. it happens to me

This heist is why I refuse to ever kill Micheal since you can tell he fully cares abt Franklin. First he tells Trevor to stop bugging Franklin on the drive to the bank then ofc the shootout in the factory when he tells Franklin to get behind him since he didn’t have the juggernaut suits whereas Trevor didn’t care abt Frank’s safety. I don’t hate Trevor either b/c he does respect Franklin 2
