This turned out to be one of the best interviews that we have done. Each question we had about anxiety, complaining, or challenges in life was answered with incredible wisdom, knowledge, and faith. Please like and share with others in your life!

As a Catholic wife and mother who struggles with terrible anxiety during pregnancy due to past miscarriages and some high risk pregnancies, this was so helpful. Listening to Dr. Kevin Majeres was so calming…it was exactly what I needed.
I feel so blessed to be Catholic because not only is there personal gain when it comes to overcoming anxiety, but the suffering during the process of overcoming it can be offered up for so much good.

Dr. Kevin Majeres is the wisest person I've come across on the internet. His approach is just leagues beyond anyone else's. I hope to see his approach become more popular and practiced.

I watched this interview with Kevin Majeres for the first time last week. As a Mental Health Therapist and Life Coach, I found the entire interview to be incredibly helpful, not just for me personally, but also as a resource for virtually everyone who steps into my office. I have shared it with numerous clients and discussed the concepts and practical advice in sessions with excellent results. I have now watched it 2 going on 3 times and something new is learned each time. Thank you Catholic Gentleman, and thank you Dr. Majeres for the amazing questions and practical insights!

So valuable. Thank you so much. I have recently resigned from my work due to shaming practices during work while customers are around. I fought at the end and relpied rudeness with bigger rudeness. I made this mistake, coz the wage is very high hahaha, kidding aside, i wasn't able to grow when i was given the opportunity like what was said here.

There’s a few time when we go to Mass and it gets really packed which is good in it self, but we are sitting so close together where our shoulders are touching. So, now every time it’s time to get ready for Mass, i get an overwhelming feeling. Also, when kneeling and the person in front doesn’t kneel so you don’t really pray as you wish you would have liked. Lastly, the crying child in the same sitting area as you are and you can’t hear a single word or feel peace of being there in Mass. These are a few of my anxieties.

I really needed this. I keep trying to fully live Catholic but, as hard as this is to say, I’m afraid to turn away from sin. Literally have FOMO of missing The World.

This is amazing! As a physician, this has given me practical tools to use for my patients and my own life. Would recommend for anyone who has these issues or knows someone who does, and that pretty much includes everyone.

This was like getting a bag filled with gold nuggets of practical wisdom and steps to take. I often recommend Philippians chapter 4 as a very helpful resource in dealing with anxiety, thought life, and contentment. I just discovered this channel yesterday and can't say enough about how happy I am to have been divinely directed here. You men are more than a breath of fresh air in helping men understand God's plan and purpose for their lives. I look forward to watching other posts and getting to know you better.

Thanks, Paul. Your comment is spot on. We both felt that and have listened to it again to further appreciate and practice what Kevin so incredibly delivered to us all. His ability to weave knowledge, experience, and faith together so seamlessly was captivating. Blessings to you, Paul!

What about how anxiety affects blood pressure? How does someone work to keep the anxiety from raising their blood pressure all the time?
