The 14 lakh base package comes under 25% tax bracket in old tax regime.. So 14lakh*25%= 3.5 lakh deduction..net pay would be around 11.5 lakh/12 ~ 96k/ month.
Correct me if I am wrong bro. This is my assumption only.
Inaccurate. Income tax is deducted in slabs. So it will be less than just multiplying 14*0.25 . Multiply the part of salary in each income tax bracket by the amount of income tax percentage in that bracket upto 14 lac. Also 14-3.5 is 10.5 not 11.5 lol.

sir i want to ask as MICROSOFT CTC is 45lpa , lpa means lakh per annum, so it means 45 lakh every year , so is it right after 4 years when I am able to take out complete stocks the total money in hand will be 45*4 = 1.8cr (ignoring taxes, consumption, stock's growth), I mean the rough estimate . or will it be less?
