I would argue that Cara adds to the garments with confidence and personality that makes the buyer want to exude the same qualities. Makes me want it!
But by wearing these clothes they are not only trying to sell the brands but their own. They sell themselves by their catwalks so if designers and people buy into how they are able to show out with their own styled walks they get put into more and more different shows. Cara clearly has nothing but a bright future planned ahead for her modelling career, so I’d say that with all these commenters noticing her unique walk it clearly means she is selling herself well enough. Of course designers are trying to sell their clothes but why do you think Victoria secret has all these people like Cara and Kendall Jenner walking into the room, they have them because of the publicity they can bring and the brand they sell themselves.
Cara’s videos were rarely reminiscent of the actual culture of modelling. She’s not supposed to show flair and smirk and interact with the crowd. That style of modelling has to be specially requested by the brand.

Kaia has a really good walk. Cara isn't the classic good walk but unique. Bella isn't consistent; sometimes really good sometimes not so. Gigi is okay. Kendall will be the least, I suppose

IN MY OPINION, models like them should walk with a neutral face and not do a bit of a sass like Cara. I get that she was being her self and showing her natural personality, which is nice btw, but modeling is modeling, your only job is to model those clothes and that’s it. Pageants are more appopriate for those sass and all of that. You need to impress the judges but with modesty ofc. Correct me if I’m wrong, but that is ny opinion. They all are good models though

Kaia's walk is classy. As I remember back in the 19s, many models had their signature walk including the swing etc. And as Kaia is mentored by her mom, that is why we see a lot of swing in her walk.

My opinions :
Cara - incredible walk. Those hips. That sway. So mesmerising. She was definitely asked to show her personality in some runways which is why she’s “owning it” - generally the focus has to be on the clothes and the model; art, not the easel. But she did really well.
Kendall - not the greatest but really has improved a lot. She’s definitely worked more on herself. I hated her walk in the beginning - no rhythm, no element of personality (sexy, fierce, happy) but the past couple of years she’s worked towards it. Definitely better than what she used to be.
Gigi - she was okay when she started out but she’s gotten better as well. Not at a level I’d say supermodel, but she’s better than before. I remember her being chubbier during her first few runways and then she had a pretty dramatic weight loss. I think she’s at a healthy weight today, and it shows on her face and body.
Kaia- wow. Her mum’s clearly passed the genes (and some tips) down to her. She owned the runway. The presence! She’s the first nepotism model I can see actually bearing supermodel status. She killed it right from her first runway. The only worrying thing is how little she seems to weigh. I hope she’s healthy.
Bella - so so so much better than before. Drastic weight loss though. She definitely gives a strong runway model vibe. Even though her face is “bought” which I personally think it’s been only a rhinoplasty and some Botox (her cheeks I feel come from her weight loss, she’s lost a LOT of weight - you could see her ribs at one point in an Instagram pic) she definitely knows how to work her face. Body wise I hope she’s healthy as well - she does seem a little skinny, I hope she’s not overdoing herself.

Naomi is the best walker so it’s hard to compare. That being said, Cara and Kaia have good walks. Not on Naomi’s level, but pretty well. The current state of the modeling industry is less about the walk, unfortunately. At least, the supermodels don’t seem concerned with it...

Bella & Gigi have improved immensely, I don’t mind seeing them in shows now. They are all good except for Kendall, but in this video in my opinion Cara and Bella are the best!
Cara and Kaia's walk are on different level but they have different style of walking. Kendall is so inconsistent on walking, maybe not her forte. But she slays on photoshoot. A millenial model. Same as Gigi. Bella's face is so futuristic, suits any catalogue.
I think Cara and Kendall's walks are pretty good. They look more natural. Also, Bella's walk is a lot better than Gigi lol
Cara walks confidently. Kaia walks elegantly. Kendall walks boring (too serious. Gigi walks average. Bella walks like her hips about to pop out.
Kendull always looks like she's afraid to fall, her expression is horrible lol thats one thing we can notice: when a model is not totally confident in the runway, her face will show it. Kaia and Cara work fierceless from head to toe, that's what separates true models from just heirs

Because people hate the kadarshians, they will never see how good Kendall is. She is not perfect but at least she has improved, pls give her some credit. Most of the people criticizing her don't even have the body to model and cant model, they re simply drowned in their bitterness and hate towards her.

Some of yall just saying only Cara can walk because she’s prolly the least controversial one? We are all spectators in this sense and i feel Bella’s walk is great. Cara - a sporty energetic walk (sometimes i don't think it suits it, depending on the show)
Bella - probably the best walk, though she crosses over her steps a bit too much sometimes
Kendall - honestly improved SO much since she started, you can tell she's taking modelling a lot more seriously. i think she's the most consistent in terms of growth
Kaia - solid walks, but i agree, she's distractingly skinny which can make her walk look unstable/wobbly s:
Gigi - so boring. love gigi, but her walks feel tired
side note, the Moschino show is one of my fav shows/walks from the girls

I like Cara. The rest of course are all gorgeous. Cara is versatile. People say her walk is weird but I think she adjusted her walk accordingly. It's not the same for all runway and I find it unique. Having your own signature and creating your own presence make a person more memorable and special. Love her!
Kaia is about presenting and respecting the designer's work, Cara, Kendall and the Hadids, it's all about themselves. That's the difference between a professional and amateurs opportunists.

kaia by far has the best walk , very fierce and in your face bur in a good way , she alters her walk for each show depending on what the designer wants which i have huge respect for . she has a good 90’s walk and it brings out every outfit. she’s mesmerizing ,she probably as one of the best runway walks of this generation .
cara has this rebellious personality that comes out in the runway which takes away from the clothes sometimes but she is extremely memorable and unique so that’s why they hire her, her walk is very fierce and a little more “tomboyish” just like her personality and it just works well with her image. cara has her own walk you can’t compare her to others.
bella has improved her walk a lot and it looks more natural compared to before , she wears the clothes nicely , also her hip swaying really makes her walk stand out.
gigi’s walk i have to say is very feminine compared to the others and her walk is decent but still not bad just very standard, nothing we haven’t seen before , could work on improvement.
kendall’s walk is horrid , boring, makes me want to fall asleep which is insane considering she’s the highest paid lol , she needs a lot of work done her walk still seems forced and maybe it’s just her lack of confidence that makes her walk very “bland”
