Chicken of the sea love this fish I have a different technique to fillet it super easy. and instead of panko try flour den Bisquick batter den kikoman shoyu with mayonnaise dip 😊
Mean I'm going to try that for sure next time. I figured out 4 big hagi can feed my whole family and it tastes great also. 🤙

Do you guys ever chunk for mahi or tuna? We do a lot of chunking off the east coast of the mainland. Works great, especially when mixed with live bait. Definitely helps the fuel bill.
For sure we do. We just don't really show that style of fishing on the internet 🤙
We call them Dolphins, or Dolphinfish.

Yes. Different in color and diet but they are straight piranhas in the deep as they are on the reef 🤙🏽
