Laura!! Don’t use a metal tongue scraper, it can cause your taste buds to wear off and make your tongue sensitive to citrus/spicy food

Hi baby girl. Just FYI the toung scraper. They are great but i've recently learned you should do it First thing, as soon as you wake up. Because as soon as you wake up you start swallowing and drinking water coffee generally before you brush n scrape but by then you have already digested all the bacteria n gunk by then. So try doing it as soon as you wake up before anything and it should improve your health even more.

The nail thing I hope it’s not an allergy to nail gel. I heard you can develop it from having a nail that is not cured well
Even with your nail cured properly some folks just unfortunately have that allergy. Like myself I am not allergic but defiantly never will get gel nails again unelss their being done on top of acrylic nails because gel nail polish on my bare natural nails feel fine until they go under the uv light because under the uv light my nails feel hot think of sitting inside a jacuzzi tempture type heat that is how my bare nails feel wearing gel polish being cured under uv light..
Nope I am good acrylic nails for the win with gel or powder done on them...

I get acrylic nails done and when my nail starts burning my nail tech sprays rubbing alcohol on it and it immediately goes away. Just sharing 🙂
